The Southern Caribbean Stops - Your Don't Miss Places To Go

We're sailing on the Magic from San Juan this Oct. 31 - Nov. 7th through the Southern Caribbean and are looking for people's best excursions, restaurants, beach bars or great discovery(s). Here are our stops:

• Basseterre, St. Kitts
• Castries, St. Lucia
• Bridgetown, Barbados
• Roseau, Dominica
• St. John's, Antigua

With the exception of Dominica we've been to each location. Usually we wander off the ship around 10am and find a great beach bar, have lunch, drinks and flirt with each other... just generally chill out. However we'd like to add-in a cool excursion (or new beach bar) if there's a "don't miss" somewhere. Suggestions?

In St. Kitt's we went to the Carambola Beach Club.
We didn't hang out in the bar (kids), but the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed their lunch.

We went sailing in Barbados with Calypso Cruises. It was a fabulous day.
(I've heard good things about Silver Moon, also.)

We've been to all of these places, but I have to say that Dominica with Rainforest Taxi Tours was a highlight for us.

We've been to Antigua twice and it's a favorite of ours. Both times we used Adventure Antigua and did two different tours and LOVED them both. Honestly, I would go back and do each of those tours again. We talked a bunch of people on our cruise group into signing up with them as well and everyone was thanking me in the end. Literally the entire tour was full of people from our ship.

We enjoyed our tours in the other ports you mentioned and those can be found in the above trip reports, too but I wouldn't call them "can't miss." The two above tour companies were really highlights our trip.

In St. Kitts, we did the DCL rainforest hike. Pretty cool

In Barbados, we did Calypso Catamaran; very highly rated & we had a blast

We've also done Carambola Beach Club at St. Kitts. It was fun and relaxing. Beautiful beach and very nice indoor area to relax as well.
