Busy day here. Randy and I went to see HP before Aisling got home, then we went and picked her up from my inlaws, did some work around the house, and then went to the beach for a picnic with Randy's cousins.

Well, shucks..now I'm blushing (and Olivia is loving that she is now "in the computer"). We had such a great time! The Wolfs were SUPER nice people, and lots of fun! Olivia actually asks me EVERY SINGLE DAY multiple times a day how many days it is until she can to go Disney with her new friend Aisling and "have an amazing time"! Can't wait to meet you in real life!

I can't wait to go to WDW to be with people who "get it". Here are the comments that I have gotten in the past 2 days alone...

1) "I'm fascinated by adults who enjoy Disney" (translation, I think you are nuts but I'm going to find a more polite way to say it)

and

2) "How can you go to WDW when it's that hot?" Check the Weather Channel. It is forecasted to be 5 degrees hotter HERE every day this week than in Orlando. I haven't melted up here in "temperate" Boston yet with AC only in my bedroom- I think I'll survive in Orlando with AC ALL THE TIME!

I hear you! I get so tired of hearing - you're going to Disney again? Yet these are the same people that go to the same beach and stay in the same house/hotel for the last 20 years.

We were just there in January and I am already getting the bug of wanting to plan the next one. We were hoping for DLR next summer but I just don't see that happening.

I hope I DO have to explain that to people. Next year is our 10...after running the rack rate prices for Poly, I figured I could actually GO to Hawaii so we are thinking a 2nd honeymoon on an island somewhere. Any votes??? We went to Curacao for our actual honeymoon. My mom is offering to take Aisling for a whole week

And boo to all of Disney non-believers. Ugh, they irritate me. On my last day at work before I left for the wedding, I rode down the elevator with one of my coworkers and he wished me well and a good time at Disney, yada yada yada, mentioning how nice it would be to have nearly 2 weeks there. Some lady turned around and said "this time of year???" Um yes, this time of year. Or any time of year. Thank you.

A second honeymoon in Hawaii sounds soooo nice. It's scary to think you can go there for the same price that you could stay at the Poly, but having just come back from there, I'd say that's very believable.

We won't actually be going to Hawaii....just price-wise, Poly rack is insane. 5 days was more than the 10 days at BCV If and when I do Hawaii, I want to do a couple of days in CA visiting folks there, then going to Hawaii, and then stopping in CA for a couple of days again. So that is more than a week trip. We will end up at one of the closer islands to the East Coast of the US. Just have to think about where...stupid anniversary being in hurricane season

Going to Disney....AGAIN???? Yes stupid person that hasn't been there in 20 years and doesn't understand the magic and pixie dust and that the characters are REAL, yes, we are going again, and we are glad you won't be there!

This is the number one reason I love the Disboards, I know I am not alone in my passion, I know there are other people out there that listen to Disney music all day in their homes and cars even when the kids are gone, other people that find happiness in something that the whole family can share and love. I love my Dis friends!!! We get each other!

I loved the t-shirts with the green mickey's! I wish I had some Dis friends around my area, closest meets are in Chicago and Detroit, about 2 hours to each. I am converting some friends though!

It's been hotter here in MI then FL the last few days! I love it!

This made me laugh, good luck explaining that to the non-believers! It looks like we have similar families, 2 boys and a girl, similar ages (except you went for number 4!) I am taking them on my 40th cruise, but I'm liking the 20th anniversary idea! (5 more years)
