The Silly and Mischievous Adventures of Four Crazy Canucks - FINAL THOUGHTS 2/1

Oh my goodness...all that rain! It's nice that it emptied out the opening ceremonies for you though! :thumbsup2

I hope the boys' tickets started working again!

Was this Friday???? I am so confused as to what day we are on now:mad: This si what happens when you get old:sad2:

If it is Friday, we went to Disney (Rip Off) Quest and then to EPCOT that night:confused3

wooo whooo am i third??? :lmao:

wow, 2 updates in one week!! you rock lessa!

:lmao: Thanks, I can update regularly thanks to my midnight shifts at work where I have lots of free time on my hands. :thumbsup2

Wow, more rain? :rotfl: Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Glad you were quickly able to get on the rides, and that you weren't hurt going to the monorail. :)

We didn't do Space Mtn. this year. :headache:

Yep, more rain. Yep, the monorail experience was much better this time around. The 1997 incident left a mark on my memory, that's for sure.

Morning Lessa I too am all caught up!!Winkers needs to take lessons from you!!:rotfl2: Are you listening Cherie !!:lmao:

:lmao: I don't think she is Rosie, as far as I know she doesn't read here. ;)

Which is more intense SM or BTMRR? I'm ok on some roller coasters. I can do BTMRR because I don't feel like I'll fall out. I don't mind going fast or getting dizzy just the thought of falling out.:lmao:

I have never had the feeling that I am going to fall out on Space Mountain. I say that the intensity of the two are about the same Space Mountain just seems scarier for some as it is in the dark so you can't see what is happening.

Yep, more rain. The rain was a good and a bad thing as you will find out as I get to later installments for this day....

Yep this was Friday, so the day before the Fockerfest meet.

Hey Lessa, I read in the UG 2009 that Space Mountain will be closed for about a year for an upgraded refurbishment. I will have to go back and find out when but I think it is near the end of next year. :woohoo:

As before since Lessa is a wuss I am the one to post all of the "bad" pictures of people:scared1:. This is a picture of mom on the monorail on our way to Disney World.

Ill make my rash update next time Lessa updates, since it takes a lot of time to find those pictures since Lessa tried to hide them, because they are real not edited at all:eek:.

Hi Lessa!!
I bet your mom is real proud of the boys when they post those great pics!:rotfl2: I like all the video. It's nice of you to share those with everyone. I would be very tired of the rain by now if I were you. YUK! Looks like you all made the best of it.

Yes, well she can't complain. She always laughs the hardest at the horrible pictures they post of me, especially when they doctor them up.

Believe me we were definitely tired of the rain but at least it made the crowds really low. :thumbsup2

After I celebrated my victory on Buzz which left Erich none too happy as he reports that the button on his gun was sticking, (excuses excuses) we headed to the Laugh Floor Comedy Club.

It was amusing, none of us got picked to be the punchline of the show, I was secretly glad I did not get picked, I am very shy.

Next up after Laugh Floor was the teacups. Now I should have known better, I really should have but I decided to ride this. Alek, Erich and I somehow all squished into a teacup. I have no idea how all four of us fit into one cup last year. :confused3 Anyways riding was a huge mistake, I felt sick almost immediately, it didn't help that Alek and Erich were whirling us at supersonic speed. I did manage to snap some pictures despite my pressing need to vomit.

I eventually had to beg them to stop spinning us and that helped a little bit. I staggered out of that teacup and felt like I was about to keel over, I am never going on the teacups again! It is really sad, I used to love spinning like crazy on these types of rides and now I just can not handle them.

After regaining my composure we decided to head into Toontown as it had just opened. Our luck with Toontown continued and there was nobody around, we have NEVER experienced a crowd here which is rather funny as I am always reading reports about how it is impossible to navigate through Minnie's house due to the crowds.

Lucky for us the heavy rain had stopped and it was pretty much just a drizzle now.

I made Alek and Erich take a picture on Mnnie's couch (we have one of them on it from each trip). Don't they look impressed? :lmao:

Alek decided to jump into the frame as I was trying to get a picture.

I had Mom pose for a picture in the solarium

Alek and Erich had already left Minnie's house, when we wandered out we saw an amorous couple in the gazebo.

Haha Lessa the pictures of your brothers are hilarious, especially in the gazebo. And I love the plate of Minnie's diet cookies, I had never noticed it before! I feel like I am usually rushing to get through there because it's always so crowded.

Teacups + boys are a bad mix. Jack and I got on the teacups on our trip and he delighted in spinning our cup as fast as possible for about half the ride....then spent the second half desperately trying not to puke  served him right!

I'm so sorry about the teacups. I am still OK with them, but then, my kids aren't old enough to take charge of the spinning yet. ;)

We've never seen Toontown too busy, either. Maybe one day last year, but... :confused3

The gazebo... Well... :rotfl:

 You should travel with us, apparently we repel the crowds.

 I agree, I should have known better like Mom and sat this one out. I felt a little sick when I rode them last year but I am stubborn so I decided to ride again this year. Huge Mistake!

 I would probably be dine on the ride without the wild spinning. Maybe I should test my theory in May with Mom.

 Gazebo couple is skeeering me.

And....spinning makes you sick when you get "old". Just sayin'.... ;)
