DD fell in love with a crystal "Thumper", so we bought that at the crystal store in MK this year. Last year, she got a glass slipper. This is getting to be a "tradition"...

I have to have self-control now that I am planning on going back to school next fall. Have to save up for my tuition and then mom and I have the cruise in May. All my money is going towards those two things.

What a nice tradition though.

I just told myself before the trip that my photos and videos from the trip were souvenir enough and that I did not need anymore "stuff" to clutter up my study and bedroom.

OMG, reading about your flight made my heart race. I do not like to fly anyway, I would probably have a stroke if my flight was that bumpy!!!! I'm PRAYING that we do not have to deal with that our flight down or back!!

Hi Tammy! Don't worry too much about the flight, I am sure it will be fine. The way I look at it is that the flight would not take off if it wasn't safe. I know you can't help but be nervous though.

I love all of the gift shop hopping. Cute stuff. I'm always fascinated by the glass blowing. Mine would look like a blob. Such artistry it takes to make all the figurines. Wow.

I'm going to have to remember to take photos of what I want to buy instead of just purchasing! Then I can compare later. I should have a memory card dedicated to shopping.

I love Tink but I do think she looks weird in a lot of merchandise.

I love watching it as well, the first time I saw it done was in Venice and it was so cool how they make these things.
