I love how you photographed this whole thing! And yes, when TR fodder happens, and not to yourself, you know it's pixie dust!

I could not let that special sighting go by and not take pictures.

Hilarious about the one CM teaching them "goodbye". She's slick!

She was trying to get them to go but being a young small framed Chinese woman, she had a hard time being a bouncer.
The other girl CM watching was also amused at the situation.

We walk on past Mexico and fiesta Donald is out again. We wait to meet B’s main man.
The meet

We needed to get Donald to ole with us.

A goodbye Tail feather to tail feather something or other…

We bid Donald adios and find out that since some thing come in threes
(usually bad things but hey go with it ) we have one more special encounter. We are walking towards Canada and what goes by?

I must find out!!!!

I try to run ahead and quickly realize how out of shape I am. I am also trying to navigate the crowds and get a picture that is not blurry. Dang it I can‘t even do that standing still.

It's another Duck!!!!

We determine it is an Oregon ducks outfit. We still have no idea if he lost a bet but every time I would run ahead to try to get a picture, he would start trotting with the wheelchair as he got close to me.

You can see here I chased him all the way from Mexico to the tree.

A and B saw the whole thing and were laughing so hard at me, and then at him because they saw that he would work up to a jog as he got close.

Have to admit, it was fun. Well now I am at the tree and there is pixie dust ahead.

That is such great interaction with Donald; he was a butt to me when I wanted to get him to play fight- all I got was a stupid cheesy normal pp pose. My point was to have fun, like you guys got to, not just collect another "standard" photo of a character.

Fiesta Donald did take some coaxing. As you can see the first set Donald was going all gansta, we had to convince him to go ole.

I guess Characters like CM can be grouchy but really ?!?!?!?

I guess the pirate is sneaking out. I have made that typo several times yesterday, but usually caught it. I guess the lack of sleep was catching up to me. Most of my week has just been meh but Thursday night through Friday it was just downright awful. Full moon was the reason, I hope. This way it gets better next week.


Glad I could offer a laugh, I know what it is like to need one, B actually did the same for me earlier today. That is what friends are for.

Good question! My theory is they do -- otherwise, you can tell in the rest of their body language if they're just "mailing it in".

I am not sure what was funnier- him in that getup or me chasing him in that getup. I'm thinking me....

Good question! My theory is they do -- otherwise, you can tell in the rest of their body language if they're just "mailing it in".

I put that out there because as we get close to Easter our faciliy does an Underwater Easter Egg Hunt. We have special eggs we put in the pool and kids get to go "hunting" for them.
The event includes a visit and picture from the Easter bunny. So we always have to see who gets to be the Easter bunny's "friend".
So one year the comment came up that every time pictures wer being taken the "inside" of the bunny was smiling for the picture even though she knew it did not matter.

I am positive though that behind the mask after the pose is ready some will make a face know it will never be seen, just to amuse themselves.

Reminds me of one time my dad asked SnowWhite if that was her REAL voice. She got a shocked look on her face and said, "Why what do you mean? Of course it's my real voice!". We all laughed over that one for days.

Our bunny was funny when she commented that she always makes sure she smiles. But after a break she commented the next go around she started having fun inside the "head".

It is cool unique event. It is April 14th this year and we run it during the day at 11am and then at night at 6:30pm.

Today's example-
We are driving down the HWY to go have dinner out. I see 2 Harleys, a woman on one and a sterotypical Harley driving man complete with long beard and leather outfit on the other. On the back of the man's motorcycle is a Chihuahua all harnessed in.

The Chihuahua is wearing a PINK jacket with a fur collar and loving every minute onthe back of the bike.

I was laughing so hard at the site. We tried to get a picture but could not get it fast enough.
