The Sea Witch Stole My Voice! Our Two Week Land and Sea Adventure! COMPLETE 4/12

I'm doing Chefs on my trip and I have my eye on that macaroni!!

And with all your rain, you'll appreciate this story: we were there years ago and the entire week of our vacation (except, of course, our check-out day...) it rained. Every. Day. It got to the point that my younger brother started splashing through puddles at MGM and he let out with "Gee, I didn't know MGM was a water park!!"

The macaroni is sooooo good! It is the one dish from that restaurant that I always read rave reviews on. :thumbsup2

 That is too funny, sorry you had such a rainy vacation too, hopefully your trip wasn't at the same time that we were there on one of our trips. If it was I am sorry you suffered due to our rain curse. ;)

I just love the Canadian Pavillion O' Canada movie. It always bring tears to this alien resident's eyes ( you see I am an American). I am so proud of my country, I should someday become a Canadian. If you haven't seen the O' Canada show here are the You tube links. I hope you enjoy and see why I love Canada so much. we have been very fortunate to have lived on both coast of Canada and points in between. Everytime we moved we drove across this great country!.

Yeah, but Mom you are a sap about everything. ;)

So cute! I'm looking forward to this meal, as Maddie and Evan love, love, love Remy. :lovestruc

Again, lovely photos Lessa. :thumbsup2 Geeze that rain is crazy, though! Nothing like The Great Rain of Aug '08! :lmao:

Just make sure you aren't eating there on a Sunday as that is the one day he does not make an experience!

Yeah, but Mom you are a sap about everything. ;)

Lessa, I can't believe you:scared1::scared1: "Canada, my canada"..., right now Erich would be hitting me, Erich hates it when Lessa or I belt out one our favorite songs from Disney, especially Wishes. I think Lessa would be hitting me right about now as well, if she could here me sing. Hey I have a great voice :lmao:I just love Eva Avila's song.

Hmmm, so I have just received my second Free Dining pin code in under two months. I am so tempted to use it to go down in October over Canadian Thanksgiving and just skip a day of classes. Must resist the urge!

So you didn't like the Canada video because your Canadian did you? ;)

Never had creme brulee? I LOVE it. I got it everywhere I could when we went to WDW the first time!

I have been hearing a lot of great reviews on Chefs lately. I will have to try it on one of our upcoming trips!! We all picked our places for the next one, but the one after that I think it'll be on the list!

No way, being Canadian has nothing to do with, it is genuinely a good movie. I like the China movie too, I have no Chinese blood in me as far as I know. ;)

Nope, that was my first creme brulee, we don't usually order dessert and then when we do I usually go for the cheesecake if its on the menu. ;)

WHEW! Finally, Lessa, I am caught up!

Stacy

:thumbsup2

We really liked it and I definitely recommend it. It is pricey though.

Great pix of Chef's !! I saw Chef Remy too, when I ate there I had the set menu deal and had French Onion soup, the Macaroni and Cheese ( it is as delish a Lessa says ) and the Creme Brulee !! My next trip your Mom's dish is what I want and the apple crepes !!!

All caught up! Remy is too cute. It stinks that we won't get to catch him. Great pics and report Lessa!

He was super cute, I was so excited when I found out that they had him there since we were going to eat there anyway. Remy was just an added bonus. :thumbsup2

Chefs is definitely a great restaurant, very yummy!

GREAT pics! I love Canada--soooo pretty! Chefs de France looks incredible! My mouth was watering just looking at your pictures!! And Remy is just precious!!

You're pix came out so good. The picture of your mom's meal at Chefs looks like it came right out of a food magazine. It's so sharp and clear.

that mac and cheese looks decadent. I don't know how else to describe how it looks.

more rain. crazy. at least you have a good attitude about it and it gave you a chance to maybe browse in a way you would not have otherwise.

Remy....isn't he coming out my way?

Sorry to hear that the down pours continued :( On our trip to the world in 2007 which was the last week in May and the first week of June. It poured like that and it made for a miserable trip! We didn't stop our plans though we braved it with the ponchos just like you and your Mom. By the time the day was over and we got back to our room though we all felt so tired and dirty !

Beautiful pictures of the bonsai trees in Japan . The teacups in the UK were just adorable weren't they ? Les Chefs de France looks like a great place to eat and that macaroni , oh my what can say but I want some right now ! LOL Remy was also super cute ! :cutie:

I loved all the pictures again. The Japan ones were amazing with Spaceship Earth in the background. Remy is so adorable. They need to have him there all the time.

Thanks! I was very pleased with the food porn from that dinner.

The mac and cheese was totally decadent, incredibly amazingly delicious!

I have no idea what the fate of Remy is after his brief stint at Chefs. :confused3

Yeah, you don't exactly feel squeaky clean after trudging around in a plastic poncho all day.

I agree about Remy, I think he is a wonderful touch.
