hey. i just saw the ring on saturday and i can say i was truly scared. usually im not that scared but i was. i thought it was sorta scarier than the sixth sense and signs. has anyone seen the ring? i dont like the little rotted girl coming out of the t.v. it was SCARY. o well. bye!

OMGosh , I saw the preview for that movie when I went to see Sweet Home Alabama and I was scared by the preview !!!! It looks so scary, I hate horror movies. I love action movies though, Spiderman was best movie ever.

I saw a sneak preview for it, a week before it came out. My friend Amber was pretty freaked out, so was my little 7th grade friend (ugg... last time I take a girl and a 11 year old to a scary movie... lol ) They were both clinging onto me pretty hard butit was great. I loved the movie, we went back once it officially came out in theatres. Creepy movie and a whole lot of fun! Those prone to scary movies beware!

OMG that movie scared me soo bad, my eyes were covered for like half of the movie. The scariest part is when she crawls out of the TV deff. Its scary and sad at the same time when you think about what happens to the people though.. I Loved it!! Thats the last time i see a scary movie with only one person though.. TOO SCARY!! I like to see scary movies in groups, so i can hold peoples hands

yeah one person..omg! my friend and I went...VERY scary

I came out of the movie shaking and my teeth chattering and I was almost in tears!

when I got home...the phone rang and i was like SCREAMING it was my mom...hehe but if I ever see static on the tv I'm gonna seriously start SCREAMING! lol

I saw it last Fri....OMG i was so freaked out by it. Me and my friend screamed so hard...now everytime the phone calls and no ones there i get so scared....but at least its been 7 days and im still here..lol

I can't believe you all! i saw it last night with my girlfriend and we weren't scared at all...it wasn't scary at all...maybe some small disturbing images but not truly scary! ... lol...but you know some of us get scared easy!!

OMG It was NOT that scary. Me and a couple of friends (Sarah and Jessica, see pic thread) Went and saw it on Friday. I didn't know how much of a wuss my two friends were, they were like covering there eyes 3/4's of the movie. There were some jolting parts but nothing too too scary. See the Exorist of Pet Cemetary if you want a REAL jolt... (Mwahah Evil Laughter)

OK, first of all, anyone that says this was "not that scary" is just trying to seem cool. I just added this movie to the list of movies I can't watch by myself, which now contains 2 movies: The Ring, and Event Horizon.

Don't see this movie if you're a wuss... I almost put my TV out in the hall before I went to bed that night.

BTW, the part that totally scared ME the most was in the very beginning when they flashed the NASTY shot of the dead girl in the closet. Eww I cant even think about it... Good movie, lots of holes in the plot though.

it depends on what movies you have seen...I haven't seen Exorcist and my mom won't let me either..it's the one movie she won't let me see and she said b/c it's pure evil

BT00-OMG! that part scared me too! but the scariest part was the ending

does ANYONE know what the assiassant girl that Noah worked with (her name was Beth, she kissed him on the cheek)had to do with the movie? we saw her 2 times
and why was Becca in the hospital?

I do plan on seeing this movie again b/c I'm kinda confused on some parts of it

also what makes the movie so scary is your imagination...like how it could all really happen and stuff
just like the shower scene in Psycho...OMG! I still won't take showers..it's just too real thats all

Is Becca the one that was friends with the first girl that died? She was in the mental hospital assumedly cuz she saw what happened to her friend, right after her friend told her about it, and she went insane. Lord knows if I ever saw that actually happen I'd be in an institution.....
The excorcist is also freaky, but nowhere near as much as the Ring was (for me at least). It's kinda gross stuff, but this is pure psychological terror and that's what TOTALLY freaks me out....
