Dana, Sorry I haven't been around in a day or two. Like I've told my other Dis friends, I don't dis much unless I am at work. I swore them to secrecy so you're sworn too now.

I love the video of Niko. Poor baby, you were gonna get him to talk weren't you. We make our dog talk to us too. If he wants us to throw the football to him, he has to back up and we'll ask him if he wants the ball, he'll start barking. I laugh every time.

Your tree is beautiful. I love all of the Disney ornaments. I've got a few Disney ornaments but not enough to decorate my entire tree.

Yeah for you getting out Saturday. It looks like you were having a great time meeting up with old friends. And, I love the designer leg wear. Just don't think I want to go through what you are to get one of 'em.

Glad the migraine has gone. It looks like you had a very good day Dana. I'm so glad. I know you get so bored being isolated. Taylee and Mariah are doll babies. I can see the happiness in your face Dana. Yay for getting out and enjoying your favorite food with old friends.

I was so glad it went away too. I hate the kind that come on without a warning. If I can tell I'm getting one I hit it with 800mg motrin and I'm good to go. It I get behind it I'm in for it. Thank you about Mariah and Taylee. Mariah is kinda spoiled, but Taylee is just so sweet. It was a very good day, lots of fun. It makes me feel old though because I can still see Bekah at their age.

So glad you liked the Christmas card!! The girls LOVED yours!!! And I just LOVE your Disney tree!! I plan on having one next year--I've been buying ornaments on clearance and I bought the Tinkerbell tree topper from the Disney Store.

So sorry you had a migraine! I get migraines a lot--but I see lights, get blind spots, and have to go lay down in a dark room. They are no fun! What a sweet family get together! It looks like you had a wonderful time!!

I'm glad the girls liked the card. I want to make my tree all Disney next year, so that means I get to buy more ornaments . I keep hoping the Disney store or the online store has the tree topper on sale after Christmas. I looked at the Tinkerbell and the Mickey and Minnie toppers, I think I like the Tink one better.

I hate it when a migraine comes on suddenly. If I get auras I am doomed. They usually come when the worst of my migraines hit.

We really had a wonderful time Saturday. One of my favorite Christmas' was spent with Lisa when Bekah, Joe and Dwayne were little.

I am so glad you had a fun weekend. Darling children. I know that meant a lot to you to be with them. I want to see Princess and Frog but I have no one to go with me. I guess I'll wait till it comes out on dvd. As always.

Thank you Ginny. The girls are really funny. We did have a fun weekend, now we have this week and then back to the waiting for Disney! The Princess and the Frog was such a cute movie. I would love to take Dallas to NO so he could see the real city.

Saturday and Sunday were great days. I was in heaven with the girls, it was so much fun. Not to mention I got to eat at Vallarta's

I haven't been as active on here as I usually would be. I seem to not have as much Disney spirit as I should .

Thanks about the tree. I have got to buy some of the ornament boxes this year and get all of my ornaments in order. I have a few Disney ornaments I didn't put on the tree, just for the sake of room.

It was really nice to get out Saturday. I just don't know how much longer I am going to be able to deal with this being house bound. I will be glad to let you borrow my lovely boot. An old friend suggested we bedazzle it to really make it designer .

I just remembered that I wanted to pass along my migraine tip. When I get a migraine I get sick to my stomach and my vision gets all blurry. One day when John was in his neurologist's office, I mentioned my migraines to the doctor. I told her that it seemed like straight lemon juice seemed to help. She said that lemon juice is a natural antihistamine and she wasn't surprised to hear that it helped my headache. Since I told her that, she has talked to several neurologists who started recommending that their patients try lemon juice for migraines. I always keep lemon juice concentrate in my fridge. If I feel a headache coming on, I pour about a third of a coffee cup and mix in some salt. I sip it until it's gone.

After I read this I remembered my ex said he was told pineapple juice was good to drink when a migraine is coming on, but I never tried it. Amanda gets some really serious migraines. She has stroke like symptoms at times and our neurologist said that it can get so bad she could start having seizures . Tyler use to get them, but he hasn't had one in quite a few years. I hope Dallas doesn't get them. Dr. Elmore says they are hereditary and they are usually passed on from the mother. Thanks Mom .

I love Christmas and the spirit that comes with it . I think back on my childhood and how much fun it was to wake up on Christmas morning and see what Santa had left for me. Then it became about how excited my kids are on Christmas morning. Dallas says he believes in Santa, but I'm not so sure, if he does I know this will be the last year. I find myself feeling down at times because of my leg, but I am truly thankful to God for all He has given me.

When I first started coming to the Disboards I was looking for information and didn't really do much posting. When we decided on our May 2008 trip I became a more active member and I am so happy that I did . If not for the Disboards I would not have become friends with some truly amazing women and their families. I look forward to sitting down and catching up with my friends everyday. Leanne, Lisa, Connie, Ginny, Christie, Mary and Becky it is a blessing to have you and your families in my life. I know when I'm down or feeling bad or just mad I can come on here and get good advice and a hug from my friends and I know things will get better .

I've been blessed to meet Leanna, Mary and Christie and I look forward to May when we can get together again. I am looking forward to meeting Becky and Lisa in May too. Connie and I are going to plan to meet after Christmas since we live close enough to do it on any weekend. Ginny, I wish you lived closer or were coming down here for a trip. It would be so nice to see you and Don in person.

I have mentioned to a few that Don and I have decided not to do a cruise this year but we have talked about wanting to meet many of my Dis sisters and he has suggested a long 5 day weekend and making a drive. Starting in West Monroe to NO to Mobile. I will certainly plan it when I know you girls will be available.

Hi Brandi, I'm really from far North. SW Missouri actually. My DH and I are planning to drive to West Monroe to pick up Lisa (Mickeystoontown) then go to NO to get Connie (Longing2batdisney) and then to Mobile for Dana. I've decided that is the only way we are ever going to get together.

Sometimes when you can't get to Disney one must improvise.

I've been reading your PTR just haven't made a comment yet.
