sorry to hear you are not feeling well...hope you feel better by the morning for your U/S...

decisions, decisions,...tough choices...when I finally do decide when we are going I think I'm going with a mod...but, I would love to stay at the Poly, AKL, or WL one day! I think our next trip 5 years from now will be in a deluxe. Since, I probably need two rooms I have to think POP or mod...

but, you do have some great prices listed! if I were working now I think I would go with a deluxe; although the CSR sounds like a great place (just a little on the big side)--I like the idea of the two queen beds.

GREAT Christmas pictures...I have mine on the computer just need to upload to photobucket next...was going to do that but I started reading PTR/TR's and well time has flown by...I really need to go collect Mr. Ashton from Gwendolyn's room and go to bed...no wonder Danny was not anxious to get a new power cord

but, I sure have missed all you guys...

Thank you Connie, I don't know what in the world I have, I have not been coughing so I guess it isn't the flu, but I have felt worse the last 2 days than I think I ever have . I know my resistance is low, but I haven't really been anywhere to catch anything .

It really is tough choices, my miser side tells me to go the inexpensive way and just stay a Pop and maybe even add the ddp or the dxddp, but my "want so bad side" tells me to go deluxe. I think I am probably gonna go with the "want" side. I love the idea of staying at the Poly. I even went on last night and priced out more stuff . Amanda and Tyler aren't going with us, but if they change their minds we would be able to just keep the room we book because the deluxe sleep 5.

Thank you about the pictures. I didn't take very many and I don't know why. I guess I was still half asleep. I can't wait until we can meet up. If you could go in May, Disney wouldn't know what hit em........ It would be the take over of the century with all of us Southerners. And yes I know Mary isn't from the South, but as far as I'm concerned she is. She is south of the Mason Dixon line......

I'm so sorry you're not feeling well, Dana!! That stinks! But YAY about the AP rates!!! And you know I'm going to vote for the Poly as well!!

Well, her 2 kids have been to disney, we went 3 years ago to MK for one day for my birthday, 2 days at MK during hurricane wilma, we were evacuated from the keys to orlando, tough life, I know! HAHA And then once to MGM for my dad's 60th birthday, that was almost 4 years ago now! her smaller one may or may not remember...last time we were there he was four, and his favorite ride was the monorail!! HAHA He's now 7, and is probably tall enough to ride most everything. Her daughter is 14 and has been many times, just don't think she's been to AK, I know my friend hasn't been to AK. So...I'll tell her as soon as I can!! I'm burning to tell her!! then she just gotta get me the dates, I think I have june 18 to the 22 in mind now...it's just gotta jive with her graduation schedule. Anyways, just home for lunch...so I can chat more later. TTYL dude!!! Feel better!

Her 7 year old may remember, but it won't be a lasting memory, he will remember this trip much better. Dallas loved the monorail when he was little. We got to ride up front several times. I love AK, it was so much fun the day you and Tyler met us there. I totally enjoyed spending time with ya'll. We gonna miss each other's time slot by like 3 weeks. Have a great rest of the day. Thanks Christie, I'm afebrile right now so I feel OK, but when the fever starts to return I feel horrible. TTFN.

Good morning Dana. I hope you are feeling waaaay better with that cold you've had. So when will you get your US results? I hope soon. Such good prices you have come up with for your trip. I have such a hard time paying so much for a room. I really don't know that the DDP is your best option since Dale and Dallas are so picky. My family would love it cause we are all pigs.

Ok, Dana, just read the comment on FB. I can't post on FB during office hours. My boss is my friend and he sees all. I'm so excited that it is not ruptured. So now what is causing all the pain. It's amazing how all of this could have been cleared up weeks ago with an US. Let's get you well so you can go to Florida and see the MOUSE

I got fantastic news today at my ultrasound. It was really cold here today so I bundled up put my hair in a ponytail, just a little makeup and headed out. I got there a little early and signed in. I registered and was told I may have to go to the heart center to have the US done because they do the soft tissue USs. I was sent on to the radiology department and signed in and had a seat in the waiting room. I didn't have to wait too long and they called my name. As the ultrasound tech and I were walking to the room I explained to her what I was having an US for, and she said she didn't know if they could do that or not. She left me in the room and when she came back she had Dr. Inge, the radiologist, with her. He said the US was not the best way to tell if the achilles tendon was ruptured or not, but he would try. He said an MRI or CAT scan would tell more. I told him about BCBS denying the MRI and he said "Isn't it great when you pay for something and then you can't get what you need?" I told him I was very frustrated and he said he is frustrated with BCBS himself. So he did the US himself and he said my achilles is not ruptured, he said my achilles is "BEAUTIFUL" .

I have an appointment with Dr D on Thursday and we shall see what exactly we are going to do next. Please keep the prayers coming, they are starting to pay off.

GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes April that is exactly how I feel. When I move it feels like I am being pulled apart at the joints. When the fever starts I feel like I have been hit by a truck. This is bad . I don't know how you finished Disney feeling this way, it is THAT bad. Thank you April, I hope it is over very soon.

I was really surprised when Dr. Inge came in and did the US himself. He never does that. I guess that was a perk of working at the hospital. The free DDP worked out well for us because we ate at places I knew Dale would like. We have 4 ADRs booked already and I can't wait to get there .

I'm so happy to have it over with. Now if Dr D will just tell me what I need to do and release me. He said I had torn some of the muscles in the bundle , but that it would heal on its own. Yes I can't wait to see that Mouse again.


I am going to take a nap, I'm starting to feel bad again.

Yes Lisa God it good. I am so thankful for the prayer circle going for everyone who needs God's intervention. He certainly answered my prayer about not needing surgery .

I'm so happy that the tendon isn't ruptured. Now if they can just get the pain to subside you will be doing much better. I strained the ligaments in my foot about three years ago (playing competitive volleyball-yes, I used to be fairly athletic before I became addicted to the DIS ). Every now and then it still hurts me. It took weeks to feel better. I hope you are almost done with the pain and will be able to get rid of the boot. I know you would love to get back to work soon. I will keep praying for you!

I was happy too girl. I now need the doctor to release me and let me get back to work. I think the pain will eventually go away on it's own, the pain meds don't really help anyway. Thanks for the prayers.

From all the reports I have read they serve some really good food and there is adult beverages. If we only ate breakfast there everyday it would be worth it. I now have to convince Dale that it is worth the extra money. If he balks at the price we are still going to stay at Poly. I will price out the club level rooms at some of the other resorts just so Dale can see the difference, but I am thinking Poly all the way now.

Dale gave me a little scare this morning. He called me after he got to work and said he had went to the office to put his vacation on their vacation calendar and someone had already put in for that week . I asked him who, as if that mattered, and he said it was the office manager. I said that shouldn't effect him because he is the warehouse manager and they work in totally different areas. SOOOOOOOOOO he asks his boss and he told Dale it wouldn't be a problem, just no one else in the office or warehouse would be able to take vacation at the same time .

I feel exactly the same as ya'll do. I can't wait. I want to find out more about the club level so I can present it to Dale in a way that he just doesn't think he can live without it .

A pool met definitely . And an all girls meet would be really nice one evening too .
