The response I got from Member Satisfaction...regarding blocking out people staying at BLT on July 4 this year from TOTW Lounge

My main problem was the short notice people staying at BLT were given, and I imagine there are some who still do not know.

Notice they are calling the paid event part of Membership Magic.

I tried calling the number, no answer now.

This is so disappointing. They didn’t address your issue at all...just said they will keep it in the pile. I worry for all those who bought BLT for access to TOTW for NYE and the Fourth. It was never guaranteed to us, but was the long held practice. We can still go, but need to pay more $$$.

If you do talk to them on the phone they provide much more details then their e-mails. They prefer to avoid putting much in writing it would seem. Though the event is unlikely to not occur as it is sold out, but you could perhaps speak with higher-ups if you press the issue with the person on the phone. They generally will just send it up the chain if you push back.
