I recently stayed at Coronado Springs, I'm disabled, paralyzed from the neck down. I stayed in a room with a roll in shower. I was shocked how much room there was. Roll in shower at Coronado Springs was totally wide open with ample room. I've stayed at Port Orleans several times, and although the roll in shower is doable, there is a partition that makes it a little more difficult to navigate. It is not completely open as is Coronado Springs. I'm wondering with the refurbishment what type of roll in shower is now at Caribbean beach. Thank you in advance

Is anyone able to answer this question, we are staying at CBR for the first time in October...Curious about the accessibility!? Thnks

CBR is currently under heavy refurbishment. None of the new and/or newly remodeled rooms have been completed at this time.

I thought that most of the refurbishments on the rooms had been completed and there was now construction in and around the OPR, and that area...I am more curious about about the WC accessible rooms?

Refurbishment were j yup st announced in February and started in May. Not likely anything would be done now, or even by October.

Folks -- just to call attention to the fact that the OP posted 2 years ago in 2015. The question mentioning a "recent" refurbishment is not with regards to the current work at CBR. I believe the current question simply wants to know about accessibility of showers at CBR as compared to CSR:

I was wondering also. We are in a Standard room with a roll in shower in December 2017. From research the best I can find is Standard roll in shower rooms are located in Aruba. The rest of the standard roll in shower were located in the buildings that were torn down. I was wondering if anyone had any reports on how they are layed out.
