I don't want to get dressed in the middle of the day.
Hey, that's okay your on vacation and entitled to do what you want.
Actually I haven't told my family we are doing brunch and I'm afraid that will be their objection also.

Lol! I hear you! My sister and I are doing the brunch just the two of us so no one else has to get up and dressed at any point.
Bah, for Palo brunch I just wear jeans and a tucked in collared short sleeve shirt. I am not underdressed compared to others there either.
I completely agree but .... the food made it worth it the famous grape pizza was to die for.
Grape pizza? Please tell me about that, because it sounds terrible.
It's grape Gorgonzola pizza and my DH loves it!
I appreciate that. It increases someone else's chances of doing the brunch.
That brunch is just awesome.
BTW, fellow Texan here, in Arlington!
So you will be going on your first vacation in a few months and have never actually been to brunch at Palo according to your countdown.
We always opt for the earliest time for brunch 10:30 ish....that way we get up, get dressed for Palo and then are in our swimsuits about 12 ish...no big deal!!!
And as already mentioned....you don't have to...it is your vacation (but you are missing a yummy meal!!!)
Soooooooooo... what do people wear for brunch?
I've done Palo twice for dinner, but have booked brunch on our next Magic cruise.
I've seen people turned away from the brunch when they show up in jeans (blue denim ones).
I am so happy I read this thread. I wouldn't have even thought about the dress code for brunch!
I have not yet had the pleasure of dining at Palo but I hope to one day. Based on the raves I've read I think if they requested that I wear polka dot pajamas I would do it. But that's just me.
It's complicated...this will be my 9th. I am now divorced, but am taking my girlfriend...her first, and our first vacation together.
I am going to caution others about this. We are not dressy people either, but the couple in front of us on our last cruise on the Wonder got turned away because the husband was wearing blue jeans. I nudged my husband and said "told you so"
For brunch? Wow. I've never done that for dinner, but have seen many folks wearing jeans for brunch.
Maybe they're cracking down now on that. Eek.
