The Real Raglan Road?

What is the story behind this restaurant? Is there a real Raglan Road restaurant in Dublin? I'll be in Ireland in a few weeks and saw the street name close to my friends house. Anyone know the history of this place? Thanks.

Raglan Road is owned by Great Irish Pubs Florida, Inc. Which is a subsidary of a world wide operation that includes over 400 'irish pubs'. I believe the origin of the name is likely the street in Dublin. I don't doubt but what the parent firm (irish owned) has 'pubs' in Ireland, but I'm not aware of any of them by name.

Raglan Road is a famous Irish Love poem. It was put to music and turned into a son that has been covered by morrison and U2 but i think the original was - Raglan Road by Patrick Kavanagh.

Raglan is also the name of one of the British commanders for the Charge of the Light Brigade. Gives one pause when looking at the menu.
