I'd take a short walk to the bus stop over a scenic view anyday!

I really wanted to love Boma, but I just didn't.......too many weird things. My dh refused to go back to give it another try. I did love the atmosphere there and getting to see the lodge!

I did not take a lot of food pics either... not my thing! Sorry about your view... we had a great one... it is so hard to really speak up and risk having to wait for a room or in your case having to move rooms!

Our kids are not big Boma fans either -- thank goodness for the chicken tenders and french fries they provide!

Yeah, given the possible alternatives of waiting for another room or having to move the next day, we just decided to deal with it.

Jackie--Installment #1 was a good one!! I have been meaning to ask you--what color is your van? I SWEAR we were passed at some point on Saturday at some part of southern GA by a new white Caravan--and I know you have a new one of those--and I SWEAR it looked like you behind the wheel as the van went whisking by. What do you think? Did our two ships cross swiftly in the morn in GA?!?!??!?! Wouldn't that be funny if it WAS you!!!!!! Tom was driving pretty fast--but boy, if it was you, YOU were FLYING!! Must have had the Mouse on your mind!!!! ;o)

Nope, ours is a black Grand Caravan, but I kept wondering if we would pass you or be passed by you somewhere in Georgia or Florida on Saturday -- I started off by looking for Ohio license plates, but then remembered you lived on the other side of the river in Kentucky, so then I started looking for Kentucky plates. I saw a few, but couldn't decide.

I do tend to drive pretty fast -- 80 is usually a good speed for me as we are headed down to the Mouse.

We had our Mickey head with the blue dream ears antenna topper on our car.

We were actually in my mom's minivan--our SUV doesn't get as good gas mileage. Hers is a silver Grand Caravan I think the 2007 edition--the year before they changed the design. Would have had a Boone county Kentucky plate!

Double sigh-- Me too kiddo!!! At least we have the boards to catch up with each other on!!! It made me smile though when I would stop and think, "Hey, I wonder what Jackie is doing? or Annette? or Laura? or Lesley? or Lynne?" I took all you girls along with me each day in my mind!!!

Ha!! hey Jackie- cannot wait to hear more!! I am laughing b/c when we were in WDW in Feb, I looked for a few from our PTR's, like Jordan and Sabrina and others from our Feb '08 travelers.

Your directions were great , some how we got the wrong directions leaving tho and it took us abit out of our way coming home... It still took longer than we thought getting there.. we did stop for a sit down lunch (don't know why I let Hubbie talk me into that one.. I wanted to get there!!)it took us almost 9 hours..

If there was ever any doubt whether I have OCD, I now know for sure that I do.

Tonight, I sat and listed all the installments for my TR, titled them, and figured out how often I will need to post to finish my TR before going back to work on August 1.

That means I will be posting a new update every other day. Yep, that's right. That's the plan. Every other day.

Starting tomorrow.

Hope that's not too much!

Don't worry, I probably won't be able to keep up that pace.
