Adriana: She finally woke up, read a few books, had breakfast, then went wandering around the castle. She wander a bit before turning the corner and spotting a girl sitting on a windowsill. That was odd. The girl didn't look like a first year and Adriana knew everyone between second and seventh year. Adriana approached her. "Hello."
Cassiopeia: She turned toward the voice. "Oh, hi there."
Adriana: She felt frozen. There was silence, and Adriana thought she saw recognition in the girl's eyes similar to her own.
Cassiopeia: "Are you all right?"
Adriana: "Er, yeah, I'm fine. Sorry, you just look so much like...someone I used to know."
Cassiopeia: "Really? I think you look a lot like me actually."
Adriana: "Are you new here? You're one of the tallest first years I've ever seen."
Cassiopeia: She laughed. "I'm not a first year, I'm a third year, but I did just transfer here."
Adriana: "Oh really? Where from? Beauxbatons?"
Cassiopeia: "I was homeschooled."
Adriana: "Oh. What brings you here then?"
Cassiopeia: "My mother died."
Adriana: "Oh, I'm sorry. Mine was killed when I was a baby."
Cassiopeia: "That's unfortunate."
Adriana: "So what's your name?"
Cassiopeia: "Cassiopeia Marciana Black."
Adriana: "Are you crazy? Don't you know how dangerous admitting you're a member of the Black family is right now?" She looked around but no one was nearby. "Are you suicidal?"
Cassiopeia: "No, honest-"
Adriana: "Wait a minute - you're a Black. Who are your parents?! The only Blacks were Sirius and Regulus."
Cassiopeia: "My father is Regulus Arcturus Black. My mother is Meliora Lucretia Gregoire Black."
Adriana: She frowned. "How do I know you're telling the truth?"
Cassiopeia: "My father is the youger brother of Sirius Black. He was a Slytherin. He was a part of the Slug Club in his years as well as the quidditch team. He grew up in 12 Grimmauld Place. His parents were Orion and Walburga Black."
Adriana: Se bit her lip. The address was a clear indicator. "Okay, I believe you."
Cassiopeia: "And who are you anyway?"
Adriana: Ana looked around before replying, "You were honest with me, I'll be honest with you. I'm Adriana Polaris McKinnon Black, daughter of Sirius Black and Marlene McKinnon."
Cassiopeia: "You're my cousin!"
Adriana: She was suddenly hugged by Cassiopeia.
Cassiopeia: "Mother said I had a cousin, but she didn't know your name or anything, so since every Black except apparently you has a star or constellation for a first name, she called you Electra."
Adriana: She wrinkled her nose. "Electra? Really?"
Cassiopeia: "Yes really. I thought it was pretty."
Adriana: "My mother named me, and my father fully supported breaking tradition of not having a star first name."
Cassiopeia: "Well of all the traditions, like purist notions and Dark tendencies, that one is probably the worst one he could have chosen to abandon."
Adriana: She got angry. "My father is innocent! I can prove it!" Suddenly she was showing exactly how she knew.
Cassiopeia: To say Cassiopeia was surprised would be an understatement. "I never knew...I just bought into things..."
Adriana: "It took me a long time to figure it out too."
Cassiopeia: "You can't do anything about this now, if the climate is as you say."
Adriana: "It is. Something's coming, look at the time, I have to go." Adriana abruptly left, running off.
