The Princess is Turning 10! How Should We Celebrate?4/11 from the EAC to Italy!

Welcome one, welcome all to the most fabulous TR for the most fabulous trip ever!!

My wonderful, fabulous Princess is about to turn 10! In fact she turns 10 tomorrow! Being that she is 100% Princess this was occasion to celebrate in the most royal of fashion!

An all out, no holding back, fabulously wonderful surprise girls trip to WDW!

DD had been asking for this trip for her birthday for quite sometime! In fact, I’m not really sure how and when it all started! But, who am I to deny the wishes of a Princess!?

Those of you who have followed with me before know that this trip had many changes and many incarnations but when all was said and done it was fabulous!

DD was surprised out of her mind and the fun began there!

I guess I shall start this TR with the cast of characters! Of course, the cast has to start with the fabulous birthday princess herself!

My DD! Princess Dorothy! Seeing that tomorrow is her 10th birthday we will take a little photo tour through our trips to WDW and watch her grow up the Disney way…

Her first trip in Feb/March of 2005 which included celebrating her 4th birthday!





Her second trip in Oct of 2006









Her 3rd Trip in March of 2008, she turned 7 on the second day of the trip!

Princess Dorothy is 1000% girl and love clothes and all things girly! She is also incredible smart! Sometimes too smart! She never ceases to amaze DH and I or her teachers! She is sweet and loveable, kind and caring! Not a bratty princess in anyway shape or form. She doesn’t deal with catty 10 year old nonsense at school! Of course, she fights with her brothers like a pro! But, she would be lost with them and she knows it!

She wants to save the world when she grows up and I have no doubt that she will!

She loves WDW!! Loves, loves, loves it! She is a planner just like me! She looks forward to a future that includes the WDW college program and a Disney Wedding! She Her favorite Princess is Cinderella, always has been! Her favorite overall character is Mickey! Her favorite park is MK and her favorite ride is Splash Mountain!

Being that this was a girls only trip you will see only girls! Shocking, I know!!

Next member of the royal entourage,

Princess Jessica!

Princess Jessica is 15! She is the sister DD never had. DD looks up to her and admires her! She is a fabulous role model for DD!! She is smart, hardworking and caring! She also doesn’t have any problem expressing her feelings or letting people know what she wants!

She is the closest thing possible to my other daughter! She comes to my house during the summer and helps me with the kids. She is wonderful with them and such a great help and a joy to have around!

This was her second trip to the world! She feel in love with WDW well before our trip in January of 2010 and the love has only grown stronger!

Next we shall meet,

Princess Julianna!

Princess Jule could also be referred to as Princess Gimp for this trip! Poor kiddo! She is 13! She is a black belt in karate and years of pounding on her feet from jumping and kicking have caused problems with her feet! She has stress fractures in the growth plate in her left foot! She got a cast taken off her foot a few days before the trip! You will have to tune in to see how it affects the trip

She is quiet, but tough as nails! She takes no bull! I wouldn’t want to cross her! She is also super funny and a really bug tomboy! No girly stuff for her!

This was her second trip to the world and she loves it! She is a thrill junky and was super happy that Splash Mountain was open during our trip! It wasn’t in January of 2010!

Queen Jennifer!



Queen Jennifer is my older sister and the very best sister I could have ever asked for! She listens, she doesn’t judge, she helps and loves and cares!

If anyone was in need of a vacation it was Queen Jennifer! She is a teachers aide in a class for kids with behavioral problems! She often has to restrain kids in her class, regularly gets cursed at by her students and just days before the trip was kicked in the face! In the past she was bitten by a student so hard that she had to go the ER! She takes it all with courage and grace. She faces each day as a new day.

Queen Jennifer is one of the people I admire most in the world! She was very, very sick when we were kids and I thank god ever day for knowing that sometimes we need to keep our angels down here on earth!

This was her 3rd trip to the world! She loves it too and just really enjoys ever single minute of the fun!

I am a stay at home mom to not only Princess Dorothy but her brothers Prince John and Prince Ryan. I’m also the stay at home wife to King John who owns his own engineering firm with Dad! He works from our castle!

This was my 11th trip to the world! I love, love, love it! Honestly, I have a hard time going anywhere else!!!

DH and I joined DVC in April of 09 and I continually have those points burning a hole in my suitcase to get used! Not to mention an incurable case of add-on-itis!!!

So there you have it! The cast! Coming up, a few details and then on with the surprise! ​
