Yes, you must use a qualified ticket to physically enter a Disney Theme Park between October 5–November 22, 2009, in order to be eligible for this offer.

If I have a multi-day ticket, am I eligible to receive multiple cards?
No, you are eligible for one card per ticket for Guests ages 10 and over, regardless of ticket type.

For example:

If you have a 5-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper Option, you are eligible for one card.

I am an Annual Passholder. Am I eligible?
Passholders ages 10 and over are eligible for one card per Annual or Seasonal Pass. Passholders will get one card, regardless of the number of entries made between October 5–November 22, 2009. (Valid for all types of Theme Park Annual Passes, including Seasonal and Florida Resident Epcot® After 4pm Annual Pass at Walt Disney World Resort).

I am using my “Free on Your Birthday” ticket. Am I eligible?
Guests ages 10 and over are eligible for one card per ticket, regardless of ticket type; this includes “Free on Your Birthday” tickets.

I have more than one child. Can I get enough cards for all of my children?
Each Theme Park ticket for Guests ages 10 and over, regardless of ticket type (see above), is eligible for one card. In order to get multiple cards, you will need to show multiple Theme Park tickets for Guests ages 10 and over. For example, to get three cards, you will need to show three distinct, valid, regular Theme Park tickets, each used for admission October 5 through November 22, 2009.

If I meet the criteria for the promotion, am I guaranteed a card?
No. The program is valid October 5 through November 22, 2009, or while supplies last (whichever comes first).

I received a card, but lost it. Can I get a replacement card?
No, unfortunately, we are not able to issue replacement cards.

I entered a Disney Park between October 5–November 22, 2009, and met the criteria for eligibility, but did not pick up my card. Am I able to request it now?
No. The card must be picked up in person, at one of the designated locations, between October 5–November 22, 2009.

What does the certificate grant?
The certificate can be applied for up to $8 toward the purchase of one child’s movie ticket to see The Princess and the Frog from December 11–December 31, 2009, at a participating theater, when the child is accompanied by a paying adult.

I received a card, now what do I do?
Follow the instructions on the back side of the card. You will be directed to a website, activaterewards.com/frog, which will walk you though the activation process. You will need to have your card handy, as it contains the unique code that is required in order to complete the activation process. Once you have completed the activation process, print out the Hollywood Movie Money certificate, as this is what will be required at the participating theater. Take your certificate (up to an $8 value) to the participating theater between December 11 – December 31, 2009, where it can be used toward the purchase of one child’s movie ticket to see The Princess and the Frog when the child is accompanied by a paying adult. Only persons ages 18 or over may activate certificates. Parent or legal guardian must activate certificates held by persons ages 10–17.

Can I bring my card directly to the theater?
No, you will need to go through the online activation process at activaterewards.com/frog. Once you have completed the activation process, you’ll need to print out the Hollywood Movie Money certificate, as this is what will be required at the participating theater.

Where can I find a list of participating theaters?
Visit hollywoodmoviemoney.com for a list of participating theaters in your area.

If the certificate is worth up to $8 and a child’s ticket at my local theater is more than $8, am I required to pay the difference?
Yes.

If the certificate is worth up to $8 and a child’s ticket at my local theater is less than $8, can I use the difference toward the purchase of another ticket or concessions?
No, the certificate is only valid toward the purchase of one child’s ticket to see The Princess and the Frog. You will not be reimbursed for the difference if a child’s ticket at your local theater is less than $8.

I don’t have kids. Can I put the $8 value toward the purchase of an adult ticket?
No, it is only valid toward the purchase of one child’s ticket to see The Princess and the Frog.

I don’t have kids. Can I give my card to someone who does?
Yes, once you receive the card, you can give it to whomever you choose. However, once the certificate is activated, it is not transferable. Please note that each certificate can be redeemed only once.

I don’t have kids. Can I sell my card?
No, the cards are not to be sold or traded. However, you may give it to someone else if you are not able to use it.

I don’t want to see The Princess and the Frog. Can I put the $8 value toward the purchase of a ticket for another film?
No, the certificate is only valid toward the purchase of one child’s ticket to see The Princess and the Frog.

When can I use my certificate?
The Princess and the Frog opens in most U.S. locations on December 11, 2009. You can use your certificate any time from December 11 through December 31, 2009.

What do I do if I’m unable to access the website to receive my certificate?
