The price of this Sidney Crosby Team Canada jersey was to good to be true

Yesterday I decided to kill some time at a Flea Market in Pickering, Ontario and while I was walking around I noticed someone selling Team Canada jerseys from the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. Well the 1st one I saw was a Sidney Crosby jersey and it was my size, then I noticed it had a fight strap on the back which meant it was the type the players would wear during games. So I asked the guy how much it was and he tells me $70.00 and I am thinking no way, because this type of jersery is at least $350.00 or more. Then I noticed the label said it was made in Vietnam which meant it was a fake because those types of jerseys are made in Canada. Plus I then realized the fight strap was to small, because I compared it to my Maple Leafs jersey which is also the pro version and that fight strap was a lot bigger.

The players tie it down their equipment during games, so if they were to get into a fight in prevents their jerseys from coming off.

Also today I was at Vaughn Mills Mall and when I was at the Pro Life Hockey store they were selling the Team Canada authentic jerseys and it turns out the Canadian jerseys are made in Korea. So it's the RBK NHL jerseys that are made in Canada. Plus those weren't sold without any names on the back and their cost was $369.00 before the tax.

I just asked my DH if he has one on his jersey and he says 'no, we don't fight in our "gentleman's league"' LOL Good try!!! I always tell him and the 'boys' 'guess what? you're not making it to the NHL' and I giggle away and he says 'you just don't understand' Nope, don't get why he plays so hard, and uses his body as a shield to protect his goalie, but... it still makes me laugh!

No I didn't purchase it because I would rather purchase it at a regular sports store and I know it would be better material.

I... um, know someone who has bought a couple jerseys of questionable authenticity online. The quality is the same as the "authentic" $300 ones, I hear they're made in the same factory even. Not that I'd condone these black-market activities of course...
