Is the Plaza Restaurant or Tony's Town Square Restaurant a better choice for lunch? What do you order at these restaurants? Thanks! :)

We've eaten at Tony's twice and the Plaza once. Our meal at the Plaza was great but we always forget about it when making ressies; I am planning on us going back their on our next trip. The bread for the sandwiches and the ice cream are both YUMMY.

Our first meal at Tonys was just okay. We scheduled a second meal because it fit our plans and our friends hadn't eaten there before. The second meal was horrid. We had four different appetizers and four different entrees and the only thing good was the artichoke dip. We won't eat there again.

I'd suggest the Plaza

Haven't been to Tony's but have been to the Plaza. We really enjoyed it & plan on going back. Sandwiches & chicken salad were great. Also loved the ice cream.

We have been to both numerous times. We prefer Tony's for lunch over dinner...the portions are smaller and we found the service better. I can't remember what we ate because we haven't been in three visits. We go to the Plaza every year. My DH loves the Reuben sandwich and I love the club sandwich (on a very tasty multigrain bread) and the cheesburger. We both share or have our own chocolate shakes--outstanding. And DH has a banana split and I have the hot fudge sundae for dessert. We like it as a change of pace from all the other table service food.

Not to change the direction of the thread, but can you order a milkshake as your beverage at The Plaza on the DDP?

I have never been to Tony's before, but have rarely seen a good review on here. The Plaza is a nice location and have yummy sandwiches.

I was thinking about lunch here myself but more often than not people seem disgusted with the place! Kona is sounding better and better to me! :cheer2:

Tony's is okay. I really like the Plaza- it is probably our favorite TS in MK.

We've eaten at both. The food and service were quite good.

If you eat at Tony's, ask if you can sit out on the Porch. It's a great view and qutie pleasant.

The nice thing about the Plaza is that it is unknown. We last ate there last year when we got caught in a storm. Instead of waiting in the rain, we asked if they had seeting. We were in in 5 minutes.
