The plan.... so far..... comments needed!

How does this sound....

We have only one day to due both IOA and US. Park hours are 9-6, This is a Thursday in mid September. We are staying onsite, so we have express pass.

Our plan......
Arrive at the gates at IOA around 830am, in case they open early......... Hit The Incredible Hulk Coaster, The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman, Jurassic Park River Adventure, Dueling Dragons (both sides) Then if we have time reride our faves. The goal is to be at US by 3 pm.

At US, Men in Black: The Ride, Back to the Future, Terminator 2: 3D, Twister OR just ride MIB over and over and over again <grin>

Is this do-able? Is 6 hours at IOA and 3 at US a good split. The above mentioned rides are considered the must do's......

Should we hit US first for 3 hours then head over to IOA for the second half of the day?

Your plan seems do-able. You should be able to ride your "must dos" mentioned at IOA long before 3:00 with your express access. I love riding the front row of Dueling Dragons which is easy to do first thing in the morning.

My last trip (Feb. 2002), I did IOA first and did all of the majors you listed at least twice (did Spidey 4 times), plus did Bilge Rat Barges twice, Poseiden, Flying Unicorn and lunch at Mythos, all by 1PM. And I did not have FOTL!! With your FOTL and the usual end of Sept. crowds, you should be able to do just about everything in both parks at least once, and the big ones several times. Just make sure you don't waste any time in the shops until the end of the day.
