The Pirates
and the Frog
Good Morning DISBoards!!
The Capells are off again!
For those new to our Disney Adventures, meet the family:
There's me - The Captain of this fine crew.
I'm an anal planner armed with multi-colored Excel spreadsheets detailing our plans to the minute.
Yes, I overplan but I have tons of fun doing so.
My theory is that because I plan so much, if changes are necessary, I can accomodate since I know when and where we will be later.
Also, it allows me to build time in for special surprises, treats, and lots of fun!
Standing on the other side of the Big Cheese, is my wife.
Our Lovely Wench is critical in our planning as she helps coordinate all our outfits to match what we are doing that day.
She loves Disney almost as much as I do and looks forward to all the fine dining Disney has to offer!
The front row starts with our eldest swashbuckler, DS8 (he was 7 during this trip).
He is like his Dad and is learning the ways of the mighty spreadsheet.
He is an avid Legomaniac, hates the princesses, and is the family's picky eater.
He currently wants to grow up to be an Imagineer and is already planning on attending the Disney College Program.
Next up is the Pirate Princess DD5.
She loves all things Princess and Fairy but Ariel has always been her favorite.
Arts and crafts is her forte, she loves to try new foods, and she is the family drama queen.
Last, we have the little X-Man (DS3 but then he was 2 1/2).
He is a little bulldozer trying to keep up with his elder siblings.
Thankfully, he'll nap in the stroller even in the middle of Disneyworld!
Many of you have been along with us for these trip reports before.
But for those who are new, I love Disney and will totally get into character so be prepared to enjoy the ride.
This time we descend on Orlando for a Not-So-Scary Halloween Haunt!
There will be pirates, princesses, and even special guests along the way with lots of new fun and tons of details!
Join us for a look back at Halloween 2009 in Walt Disney World!
So board your vessels matey and be wary - there be pirates
coming!!!
