The only way to have a friend is to be one." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Plan your day the day before and write everything down that you put in your mouth!

You have more dedication than I do! I tried that, and was successful for about a month... You are awesome!!!!!!

Amber, can't wait to see the pics!

Wow Lin, a month? I'm impressed! I tried that once and couldn't make it more than 3 days. I'm a grazer, so writing everything down was a huge PITA -- not to mention depressing! (Yeah I know I know, that's the point... but I just gave up. I'm a diet wimp!)

Ashley: How is your baby, I mean DH? ;) Ugh, the only thing worse than a sick kid is a sick man. If you had the same cold that's been going around here, you feel better for a day and then feel worse for a day for about a week or 2 after the brunt of it. It's not fun. Oooooh, Sawgrass Mills. I spent most of my teenage years hanging out there! I remember when it opened, we were SO excited to have a huge mall. The last time I was there it was overrun with Goths because it was the day of the Marilyn Manson concert at the new arena nearby (Forgot the name but I'm sure it's changed since then anyway).

My car was fine when we went to pick it up. I was worried because even though we live in a pretty safe town, I've heard from mall employees (security) that there are at least 10 cars broken into every day at the mall. I had no idea! Also remember a couple years ago there was a teenage girl abducted from a Target, she was missing for a week or two and her body was found nearby? I think it turned out she knew the guy but it was still really scary. That Target where it happened is across the street from the mall, and my car was parked really far out in the mall lot, facing the Target. I didn't think of all of that when I left the Cwoooozah! out in the rain. Oops! I'm glad it was fine!

After we got the car, we were going to shop at TDS with Emma's leftover Disney Dollars (I know, what kind of 4yo comes home from WDW with money left over?!) but it was PACKED and I couldn't find a parking spot so we changed plans. We spent the afternoon at Target instead, having lunch and fantasy-shopping. (Looking at everything and buying nothing. Well.... almost nothing.) The girls were so good and we had a great time! I love that we can have a good time no matter where we are.

Amber: The T-Rex I think is identical to the one here in KC. It is a really fun place! How did Spencer like the dinosaurs? I'd imagine it could be a little overwhelming to a little one, especially when they have the "meteor shower"! He must have had such a great birthday. I remember really liking the food at T-Rex, and not really caring for RFC too much. Your MIL eating her burger with a fork is cracking me up!

Ugh, I can't believe that 2 days ago the girls were outside in shorts & tank tops. We sat outside most of Saturday morning, I was reading my Plum book on the porch while the girls blew bubbles, rollerskated, scootered, rode bikes, and climbed the tree, and Lyzzie performed science experiments with peanut butter, food coloring, and candy. (Gross!) It was a gorgeous day, and now it's freezing and windy. At least we haven't had any snow, but we are supposed to get tstorms, hail and tornadoes. Gotta love March!!

I hope all my friends are having a wonderful day. Let's all have a great week this week!! Does anyone else's Spring Break start this week? Ours starts on Friday, it seems awfully early since Easter isn't for another month yet.

Hey guys!

Well I had a little accident this afternoon.:headache:

Jeremiah came home early this afternoon from work since he's sick. I was on my way down the stairs and fell down the whole 1st flight.:scared1: I banged myself up pretty good. My left arm hurts and I landed on my butt and my tailbone is what hurts the worst.:headache: I have a huge bruise. Jeremiah wanted to take me to the hospital but I just think its bruised. Its still really tender so I have to be careful!! But I am so thankful he was home and I wasn't seriously injured. Things could've been much worse! I didn't realize I was so clumsy until we moved in this house...:rolleyes1

Lyzziesmom, glad the Cwoooozah was safe! I'm determined to have a good week, too! No matter what injuries I withstand.:rolleyes1 Oh yes, I remember the Marilyn Manson days in South Florida. He was from here so he had alot of fans I guess.

I'm watching Seinfeld right now. Anybody remember the episode where George brings the book in the bathroom at the bookstore? Pretty funny stuff!

hey guys!

Lyzziesmom, its entirely possible that it was like a week, not a month. I'm just remembering it on the more positive side...hehehe. Glad the car was safe! We also had great weather over the weekend and today it got cool, cloudy and windy. Supposed to storm for the rest of the week.

Ashley, hope you are okay! I know one of these days I'm going to tumble down the stairs because one of the dogs trips me in their mad dash down the stairs.

Well, we just sat down at dinner and are watching Big Bang Theory. Night guys!

Ashley, I'm glad you weren't hurt more seriously. I hope you feel better soon!

I have seen probably every Seinfeld episode. It's Mike's favorite show. We just got the 9th season, so we could watch the Puerto Rican Day Parade episode.

Lin, I thought Big Bang Theory was great! I love Sheldon.

It's one of our favorite shows too! We don't have all the seasons, we have several though. I usually buy them when they are on sale. We always DVR the episodes and watch them at night. Roseanne is my all time favorite, along with Mama's Family.

Amber: I know it's a little late, but I made Spencer a very "special" birthday cake!

Ashley- I hope you're feeling better!

Amber and Lin- I love the Big Bang Theory too, I just started watching it this season, so I'll probably have to buy the DVD's to catch up.

Lyzziesmom- I'm glad your car was fine.

Hi everyone!!

Well I'm still feeling pretty sore today! I didn't sleep very well last night, because I always sleep on my side and it was too painful to do that!:headache:

Jeremiah has been so sweet, he is sick himself after I gave him my cold, but he has been taking care of me. I have a great husband. It isn't so bad when sitting, but getting up and walking around is painful.

I've never seen the Big Bang Theory. I will have to check it out. I just saw that one of my favorite tv actors Johnny Galecki is on it! I loooooved him in Roseanne. My Aunt met him in NYC once and said he was super nice. Its always nice to hear about actors you like being nice to fans.

Lyzziesmom, very funny cake!:lmao:

Lyzziesmom, that cake is too much! :rotfl:

Ashley, that's great Jeremiah is taking care of you.
You should watch Big Bang; it also have the girl that played Darlene on it (she's not a main character though).

You guys reminded me that I missed all my funny shows last night! I hope my DVR wasn't too full to record them. I obviously need more free time. ;)

Ashley: I hope you are feeling better after your spill, and that you're able to get some sleep tonight.

I'm off to Mom's house for a yummy chicken dinner. I skipped lunch (chicken enchilada-ish mystery stuff @ work!) so I'd be hungry -- but then they brought out brownies a la mode so that plan went right out the window.

Yum! That sounds great.

Does anybody else watch Dancing with the Stars? I watched it for the first time last night. I thought it was cute! I'll probably continue watching it.

I'm excited about American Idol tonight! It should be fun!

Hey guys!

We had the public performance of our one-act tonight. It still has a ways to go, and we have so few rehearsals until we compete! I am worried! It is timing at 46 minutes, and has to be under 40 or you are disqualified.

Ashley, I'm sorry you are sore, but glad it wasn't worse!!!

I was talking to some of our kids parents after the show, and we joking about needing to trim. They told me to just cut out the next kid that pisses us off! hehehe!

Anyway, I'm off to bed! Night!

OMG Lin, that plan is too funny! I bet those parents would change their tune if it was THEIR kid.

I have watched DWTS occasionally, but it's not something that I feel I need to follow. If I have some free time (ha!) and it's on, it's a great fluffy way to relax. They were talking about it on the radio this morning, I guess someone from Jacka** is on DWTS? The morning DJ was so funny, he said, "It's just so wrong that my grandma is watching the guy who once stapled his walnuts to his leg, doing the foxtrot in a sparkly tux!" :lmao:

Ashley, we're pretty much all caught up on Idol. We still missed the wild card round, but at least found out who was picked. I felt so bad last night when Anoop didn't do very well (we like him a lot) and Simon said he was sorry that they decided to add him as a 13th contestant.

Does anyone else here watch Idol? Do you have any favorites? Lyzzie thinks either Adam Lambert or the girl with the long red hair will win. She also thinks they both have awesome hair.

Has anyone heard about what the surprise change in format will be tonight? Ryan said it has to do with the judges; I wonder if they are finally kicking Paula off. It seems like they are headed that way. I am on call at TDS tonight, and I kind of hope I don't work because I don't know if my DVR has enough room to record it. I tried to watch a bunch of stuff last night (How I Met Your Mother -- "I forgot my pants!" :rotfl: ) but I kept dozing off. Stupid time change.

Enough rambling for now... there is important work to be done. I have to put together some WDW information for a coworker at my new job, she wants to take her extended family to WDW and knows nothing about it. They are going next month with 11 people and she doesn't even know her budget!! :scared1:

I felt bad for Anoop too!! But he did stink pretty bad. He has been one of my favorites so hopefully he pulls through and does better next week.

I thought Matt Giraud (I might be spelling his name wrong) did pretty good last night. I haven't been that impressed with him but I think he's pretty talented. I used to really like Adam Lambert but when he sang that Rolling Stones song and the Michael Jackson song last night, it seemed like he was screeching to me...:rolleyes1 I know he's very talented, I just wish he would tone it done alittle and sing like he did at his first audition. I like Allison too (girl with the red hair). I also like Kris (guy who played the guitar).

I'm not sure if I dreamt this or read it somewhere so don't hold me to it!,:lmao: but I think I heard that the bottom 2 contestants will have a 'sing off' and the judges will determine who gets kicked off. Again, I could have totally made that up but that's what I think I heard....;)

Hi everyone!

Lyzziesmom- Helping out your coworker sounds like fun!

The highlight of my day was buying a new flat iron! :rotfl: Steven had to get a pair of pants for his new job and he told me his boss is giving him grief over him leaving.:rolleyes2
