I am getting ready to do a 3 nighter after my 7 night cruise in April and I am just beginning to be able to read trip reports again as it's tough to do after you are in such a funk from being home. Yours was the perfect one to start with! What a great, detailed, and fun report to read. Sucks about the friends and your late meeting, but didn't it make that last night much more enjoyable?????

We went to the Cincinnati Zoo and then a Reds game over the weekend for a little mini-vacation ( we live in Indiana ) and my DD kept swearing she saw you since she knew you were from Cincy.

Anyway, thanks for sharing and now our its only about 2 months until you get to read ours!

Which reds game were you at? We actually went to one, although the chances of your DD actually seeing me may still be slim! I always find myself doing that, even on vacation!

We were at the game last Sunday vs the Rockies. It was Free Build A Bear Day and the Hall of Fame induction.

I grew up in a small Indiana town about 40 minutes from Cincy and the BEST memories of my childhood involve either the Zoo or the Reds ( I was lucky enought to grow up during the Big Red Machine). I finally felt my DD was old enough to share some of those memories.

The Zoo looks GREAT. They've done a lot of cool things since I was there last in 91.

One of the best zoos in the country and the Great American Ballpark almost brought tears to my eyes!

this was the first cruise report i've read, and i loved it!
i'm 22 also and have been thinking of dragging my dbf to disney after i graduate and have some more money! i was never really thinking of a cruise, but it does sound so relaxing!!!
