Another early start, saw me first in the pool again as it was already getting hot outside. We had decided to try golden corrall for breakfast as we wouldnt be having lunch in the park, this way i could get a buffet under my belt to get the experience out of the way, (breakfast buffets can be a bit much if you do them every day) and we could head out straight down i-drive to seaworld. Wow, did i eat some food!!! We had always wanted to walk down from sand lake road, so set off on the journey. It wasnt as bad or as long as we thought and was in fact , quite relaxing as we passed numerous restaurants that we said wed try and were quite shocked to see 2 restaurants all closed up down on westwood blvd along with the wynfield/premier inn fenced off as we had stayed there in 2002. There is a path through the doubletree (previously international resort and the sheraton) to seaworld that we always, for some unknown reason wanted to walk, so we did and i must say that i was impressed with this hotel. Seaworld was as always a fantastic park, with great rides and great shows although i was puzzled to find no physical sign that dawn brancheau had tragically lost her life while at work. No announcement or photos or any refernce whatsoever and if there was, i stand corrected. Although it was hot, i still managed to hit kraken and atlantis and i couldnt do manta as there were technical problems and i couldnt be bothered to hang around and we were coming back in a few days anyway to use our "one day free" bonus on our tickets. Using the green line trolley that just shoots up universal blvd. is great and before we knew it we were in the pool, although the glare from the sun is murderous in the late afternoon and we changed and walked to the tgi fridays down by pointe orlando. We both had steak that they managed to cross over,(my medium rib-eye came back well-done and leanders sirloin came back medium) i gallantly swapped with her, as i cant bring myself to send food back. (you never know!!!!!!!!!!!) The night wasnt ruined at all and the food was tasty , albeit wrong, and the fact that they served woodchuck cider was a bonus . We threw the towel in with walking and caught the i-ride back up and basically stayed in that night watching tv and me reading the american sports papers. Tomorrow was to be another lazy day which ill briefly talk about before posting about our first organised trip with a tour operator. Sorry about the gaps in the days but once you start reading other peoples reports, you run out of time to do your own!!!!!!!!!!

sounds like you like cider, my wife always makes me go out and find cider when in orlando ,she always ends up with strongbow or magners.
good report also.

hi mate, yeah i also found woodchuck cider in a store on i-drive but usually you only find bow or magners. not in wal-mart strangely.

Great day at Seaworld, havent been there for some years now but must go back:goodvibes
