Day 4 - Nov.1st - Last Day
.
After the wonderful Halloween night we had had i allowed the men to sleep a little longer (till 8.30).
That night was uneventful, Brian shared the bed with Edoardo, i did with Enrico and even if he kept bumping me i could sleep ok anyway.
We got up,packed most of our things and went for Breakfast.
Enrico and Brian had already decided they wanted a cooked breakfast that day and so they ordered Sausages and Bacon
Edoardo and me had the same brekkie as always.
The told me off because i kept saying *be quick it's late* but i didnt want to waste a single minute of the last day.......
Anyway we left our luggages and walked to the Studios as our plan was to try again ToT.
I can tell that was the only VERY busy day but i was expecting that as it was Saturday and plus All Saint's Day - Bank holiday both in Italy and France.
The queue to Nemo was enormous and so the kids skipped it, i run to get ToT Fastpasses and got them for 11.45, we tried again Studio Tram Tour but it was down and so Edoardo and me started queueing for Rock n Roller Coaster once more.
Enrico refused to go as - he said - he didnt feel like that and instead went with Brian for a drink.
The queue for RnR went quick and we got the same usual thrills, there were two little English ones just behind us with their father - i suppose.
The girl was much worried and the father kept telling her all the way long she should not let a rollercoaster scare her and it eventually didnt as she was ok lol
As we got outside it had started raining!! So we tried Stitch but it was going on in French and the English version would had been too late for us,same for Animagique and so we had a go at Armageddon again - dry and warm as we waited for ToT.
Eventually it was time for it but the Fastpass queue was going very slowly and we thought they must have got stuck somewhere. We were right as - luckily when it was our turn - it was announced that due to technical problems the Fastpass queue had to be in standby for a while.
Never mind we where already in front of the library!!!
And it was amazing again even if both Edoardo and me had the feeling it was going faster!!!!
- me and Edoardo - second row on the left.
A bit of shopping and then back to the main Park to have lunch at Fuente de Oro restaurant as we fancied fajtas anf nachos. Shame we could just sit OUTSIDE in the only table we could find that was not too much wet and we could not enjoy 100% the meal.
Before lunch we had got FastPass for BTM again and they had been for 4.30pm so kids went to the Game Arcade and Brian and me to IASM where the queue was longer but dry lol
After it it was time for shopping again and - as we still had time - a trip on the Railroad.
It's always good to have a look at the whole park but - as we got to Discoveryland - i could see there was a train stuck on top of Space Mountain!!!
Some people were waving from inside and two CMs were going up there with ropes to rescue them.
I can't say how they did that as the train moved but it must have been scary for them anyway.
We met the kids in front of BTM and the queue for it was very long but the Fastpass one moved quite quickly.
It was cold and wet but still great.
When we arrived back to the station and jumped off the vagons, Enrico called Edoardo back because one CM had asked him to stay in and have another ride. Edoardo said, oh no it cant be true so the CM asked me to be quick and get back and sit down. I did and so Enrico and me had the chance to ride twice in a row with a 70 minutes long queue!!
Shame that was our last ride, it was time to go back to the Hotel, get the luggages and wait for the RS transport that actually arrived in a few minutes. I forgot to say they had rang me the day before and asked if it could had been possible to pick us at 5pm instead of 5.45 but i have said it was a bit too early and they had agreed for 5.30 instead.
In the van there were already two women and i politely said *bonsoir* to them LOL
As you already know they were Annette and her daughter but i didnt know then, Annette asked us if we had had a good time and we started chatting and talking about our holidays until she asked me how i had known about RS transport and i replied i was part of a Disney Board and i had got their link on there. Of course she asked me which Disney Board and hey presto we discovered our identities. It's A Small World really LOL
We waved them good bye and wished a nice trip home at CDG Terminal 2F just to discover as we got into that our flight was scheduled at Terminal 2G and it was not on the Airport Map either !!
That why i think the Shuttle driver was waiting for us the wrong Terminal when we arrived!!!
Anyway we were told to go donstairs and get a bus to to to Terminal 2G that was actually quite far (ten minutes drive).
You already know we didnt have a nice trip home but - as one of my work mates said - i am able to laugh at it now, his GF would had been shouting at him for more than a week just because he had convinced her to take a flight LOL
Hope i have not bored you to death, i need to go now, i have to find money for our next trip LOL
