The older I get, the more terrified I am of rides. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm 40 and love all rides. The bigger and more intense the better. I don't find any rides at Disney intense or scary. After riding Dragster at Cedar Point nothing is intense. It goes 120 mph in 4 seconds and up 420 feet.

I definitely lost a step for sure. I had to give up ToT. It’s like my brain can no longer understand it’s just a ride so I don’t want to risk a heart attack lol.
