My DD15 and I will be there Oct 3 - Oct 8 for our first mother/daughter trip. We already have a few events planned;

Thursday, Oct 4 - MNSSHP and Liberty Tree Tavern
Friday, Oct 5 - Food and Wine Festival
Sunday, Oct 7 - Race for the Taste 10K

I can't think of a better way to celebrate my daughter.

Tickets for the MNSSHP went on sale this morning, so let me be the first to post and say we got ours! We'll be there on Sunday, September 30 and Thursday, October 4.

No ideas on costumes yet--I'm afraid we tend toward the lame and uncreative, so we won't stand out the way some of you incredibly talented folks do (or maybe we will stand out--in a bad way ).

Anyone else purchased their tickets yet?

My DD and I are going to have such an awesome time in October.

Yesterday, I purchased our MNSSHP tickets for Thursday, Oct. 4. and while I had a CM on the phone I also made our dining ressies. Even though we aren't able to take advantage of the Free Dining offer, we're still going to splurge and go to some of our favorite restaurants.

Sorry folks, I have not been able to update the list this weekend. Between life in general and trying to finally nail down my trip itinerary with all of the things that we wanna do vs all of the things that there is just no way to fit in this time, it's been a really busy weekend.

I apologize, but I promise that I will get this thing updated, I just hesitate to say when since my honey is going to be going out of town on business again in a couple of days.

Could you add us too??? There are 15 of us from my family going all together we will be in Disney Oct.7- Oct.20.... Can't wait!!! It will be the first time in 3 years since we have been there and the first time in 21 years we will be able to have our parents and all of our siblings (and children now!) all together at Disney!!! We are sooooo excited!!!
