I'm finally on hold on the 497 number with a wait of up to 15 minutes. It took me till 6:18 or 9:18 Orlando time. I hope they still have what I want.

My DH called me at 9:07am saying "we have to cancel our waitlist for BWV for October..."

We got AKL Savannah studio for October 10-14th!!!

For those on hold for Thanksgiving, there were only "a few" studios left when I called.

I faced the following decision- borrow points from next year and get it now. Or cancel the BWV reservation, and if I lose out on the "few" remaining, I'm really screwed. So I borrowed. And now I have 36 points left for this year, that I have to use, this year. Looks Like an extra work out for the AP.

Before our cruise, just 1 night 12/1, Savannah view studio.

Thought it would be a good idea to finally check out a resort before a potential add on

Surprised that i couldn't request a specific savannah.

CM did read a disclaimer as to construction noise, couldn't be specific as to what time of night they stop & resume in the am.

On hold 15 minutes, we wahnted Dec 5-10, only think available was Studio Dec 7& 8, so we would have to move twice, I went on the waitlist, looks like we are destined to be at BCV, which isnt bad but I was REALLY hoping for something else this stay

I only waited a few minutes as well. We got a standard view studio for 12/9-12/11. We're waitlisted for savannah view, but I'll be calling on 7/29 to see if we can get concierge!

I switched my reservation both rooms.

My mother is 4 nights Savannah view 8/19 to 8/23.


I am Standard view 8/19 to 8/22.



I called the 407 number it rang for about 4 minutes 4 minutes on hold. and spoke to a very pleasant competant CM named lyndsey.

We're doing the same thing, Dec 1 as one night before our cruise on Dec 2.

I was able to choose between standard studio and savanna and then between dedicated (which I took) and lock off.

I'm already an owner though and already have our trip next March booked using the AKV points. Yay!

Heh - I guess she made it in today. I just bought into AKV and made my reservation yesterday. She jokingly told me she was going to be sick today due to the expected flood of calls.
