I'm in Lakeland, FL, so I was looking at the tour in Tampa. I just mentioned it to DH when he came home from work and he was like "No Way!" Well, see.....still a day before tickets go onsale to the general public.

Awww. I'm in Tennessee. I would have seen that you at least had someone to meet up with if we'd been closer. Hopefully you can find a fellow Dancing fan to attend with you!

YUP! I get that she ran out there to kiss her and comfort her daughter right away, but after that she should have sat back down! She kept dancing away at the end I didn't like that at all and i too would have been MORTIFIED! My mom is fully supportive of me and i would have needed that hug and kiss right away, but afterwards, she needed to go back to her seet! This was her daughters last hurrah!

That's exactly how I felt. Give the hug, and get off the dance floor.

I just ordered my DWTS tour tickets today. I'm so excited! DD6 is going to freak out. She just loves Maksim. The tickets are pretty spendy. Table seats are $95 and then lower level seats are $58 and upper level are $48. Prices will vary by location, but this seems pretty average. The presale password is slimfast for anyone out there who needs it.

that's ok, So You Think You Can Dance will start soon! i like that show better. probably because they don't let them slide because they're "celebrities". and some of the dancing they do on that show is just amazing.

Well, I should've known I could come to the DIS to find the code for the presale of these tickets. DWTS is coming to St Louis on 1/14/07. DD's have already seen the adverstisement and want to go. I just bought tickets!! That's the fastest $208 I've spent in a long time!!! Shhhh....don't tell DH

But Day Break is starting when DWTS ends and looks like it will be a VERY GOOD show!!

I love Taye Diggs, so it's a shame I won't be able to watch that show because I know it will drive me NUTS. I can't even watch Groundhog Day. That whole repetative thing makes me feel like my head will implode!

Groundhog Day was like the worst movie in the world. I was rocking back and forth in my seat by the time it was over. That movie drove me crazy. Every time they repeated I had to fight back the tears. I think the same thing every time they show that preview!

Groundhog Day was filmed about 10 minutes from my house. I went and watched some of it being filmed, and got to see all the stars. However, I also think it is the WORST movie! Not even seeing all those familiar places can save it for me!

But, to get this thread back on track, does anyone know what dances they are doing this week? Do they ever get to do a freestyle?

Last week it was one Latin and one Ballroom. Do they always follow this formula? This if my first season watching.

I think this week, they get to choose their fave dance. Not necessarily their highest scoring dance but, the one they felt they did the best at. I could very easily be wrong tho. Can't wait til Tues night!


P.S. I got 2 tickets for DD & I to see Dancing with the Stars Tour here in Jan as a BD/Cmas present for her! Lucky ME!!!

Yes...how I took it was they pick their favorite style of dance and learn a brand new routine to that style. It will not be a repeat dance that they did before.

i know i can't believe Lost is going on hiatus for that long. nothing like making us wait longer to see what's going on after they've promised us "answers" this season. that show is getting on my nerves. i was just happy to see Boone a few weeks ago!

yeah....Idol......i only watched last season because of Ace lol. can we say HOTT!? well....obviously *points to siggy*. i never watched it before last season. maybe i'll watch some of this season. i enjoy watching the auditions and Simon yelling at people lol
