Man, they were all good tonight. Mario was, well, Mario. That boy can move. And he was both the hot hot mario and a new romantic one as well.
Joey, I loved the dances tonight. They were fun and he is good.
Emmitt, that last dance was a sexy little number. I don't want any of them to leave
I dont want Monique to go either, she's good, but there is just something off about the dancing. If I had to chose, I would chose monique to go.

I totally agree with the judges about Monique, it looked like Louie was dragging her around to me. JMHO

And what is totally not fair is that she is not the one choreographing (sp) the routine, he is, but Monique is the one who pays the price.

I am sad to say that I think Monique will be the next to go unless Joey doesn't have the fan base. It is possibel because she has the HSM fans and Joey doesn't have a current show.

I think, barring any major gaffe, it should be Mario and Emmitt in the finals. But man, they are all GOOD!

What was Mario's score? I missed it, had to answer the door for trick or treaters.

I set an alarm so the front light went off before the show came on. I wasn't taking any chances of missing tonight since I will be in WDW with my young nieces ( 2.5 and 5 y/o) next week and will probably miss it.

Mario was HOT, HOT, HOT.

I am liking Emmit and Cheryl more and more each week. She is very talented as a chorographer and dancer.

Joey and Monique have improved but something about them just does not excite me. Maybe it's their partners but they seem to look like they are trying to hard rather than looking relaxed and like they are enjoying themselves.

Any guesses on tomorrow's dance. Based on the Judges I think it will either be Monique's Cha Cha or Mario's waltz. Emmit has been spotlighted enough already compared to those two.

I totally agree with the judges about Monique, it looked like Louie was dragging her around to me. JMHO

Hubby and I were trying to figure that one out.

I was giving her a BOD stretch thinking that maybe her character was a zombie---he said it was more likely she was concentrating on the difficulty of the steps.

The performance really did look out of her league though when (as the judges said) an easier choreography would have made her dancing look so much better.


Tonight I kind of wish Jerry was back--I think they could have done a cute number tonight. Not for scores though--just for fun.

Mario's first dance bored me. it was too slow. his second one was ok, but nothing that caught me. and what was with the eyeliner on Mario? i understand Joey had some eyeliner and fangs and Monique had her hair done and her make-up done......but they both did a halloween "theme" type thing, Mario didn't. hmph.

i liked Joey's dances. they were fun.

Emmit's first dance was boring, but his second one was pretty good.

i think Monique's second dance was my favorite. i really liked it.

it seems to me that the judges pick on Monique so much. Emmit has missed steps and flubbed before, but they always praise him. but the MOMENT that Monique does one teeny tiny little wrong move they're all over it. i don't get it. it doesn't seem very fair.

I totally agree with this. She is not my favorite by far and I am sure they are right most of the time but they seem to never say anything when other people make mistakes.
It kind of reminds when they were giving Jerry all 8's because he tried and it was emotional, even though he did not have the technique at all. And then they gave Monique all 8's because she made some mistakes. It made no sense.

i'm glad someone else agreed with me. it just seems like they have their favorites. like Mario and Emmit are their favorites and Monique and Joey are kind of shoved aside.

and Monique just tries so hard. and she's not my FAVORITE favorite but she's pretty darn good. they really should cut her some slack. poor thing has gone thru wardrobe malfunctions and everything and still comes out looking good.

I've been thinking and what I don't like about monique's dancing is her partner and teacher. He is the professional and I don't like watching him dance. He has the right moves, but it's boring to watch.
And, he is her teacher and he is supposed to be showcasing her abilities. Not his teaching skills. He should know when the difficult footwork is too difficult and instead of trying to make her do it, he should be making it a touch easier on her. In doing so he will make her look good, instead of making her look clumsy and trying to explain it by "oh it's just the difficult footwork she's trying to do".
She can do the latin dances, fine, do the more difficult footwork with those. Stick with the steps of the ballroom dances, add touches here and there, where she is comfortable.
Dang it! I feel he's trying to makin himself look good at her expense.

Joey- Loved the Adams family dance, I thought it was a great combo of entertainment and great dancing.

Mario- Karina is getting on my nerves and I really liked her in the beginning. I thought it was OK, not my favorite performance of theirs. I'm really just over Mario.

Monique- Something looked very strange & akward in how Monique carried herself during the dance. I didn't like it.

Emmitt- I loved it! I think he's the best dancer left, he always matches what Cheryl does, he's great. But then again could give a crap about how long they were in the "ballroom hold". LOL

Hey, Kellie, I thought your TV crush was Benji Schwimmer!

I was just really annoyed that there was not a peep about Mario's lack of heel leads in the Waltz. Because they have commented on that for all the other guys, and he didn't do it either.

Seriously impressed with Emmitt. Man can move. But yeah, Cheryl's lifestyle was a bit of a surprise! Nice ballroom. Quite different from her peers, all the struggling young Russian pros are just getting by.

no you're not the only one who is "over" Mario. i liked him and his partner a lot in the beginning too. it was Mario and Joey, they were my favorites.

but like you and i have said, Mario's ego is just getting in the way and his partner is just annoying.

so now i think my favorites are Joey and Monique. gotta represent for the only girl left! and she's darn good too!
