You crack me up! And...you sound like me!!! I've talked DH into annual passes when we go this Nov/Dec...so of course since we already have them, a quick 4-5 day trip in June for SWW is no big deal right? And if I make the reservations, then canceling would be a pain and so once I've made the reservations (come on July!!) he will HAVE to go! LOL Not that he minds, since he has his Star Wars fetish to feed...

I hate to admit this, but we are avoiding the SWW!! We went there for the first 2 trips and it was NUTS...we are SW fans, but apparently not enough to tackle the crowds...even though the meals with Darth sound AWESOME!!

So..MAYBE if they offer those next summer we might have to try it...but since I'm the obsessive over-planner by the time they would announce the SWW meals, my ADRs would be booked - since I can book them in December!!

Well we are used to the hot, so I guess we can take it either way...but refreshing/cooling rains wouldn't be bad either! And I hear ya on the water...WDW is one of the only places I obstain from drinking pop as much as possible and stick to all water. Otherwise

I KNOW!! Usually we only have all-you-can-drink sodas at dinner and stick with water during the day - you just sweat it right out!! Then again, sometimes the grown ups need a grown up drink at night...

I actually meant it to be scared cause it would be scary to go without drinking water in June, lol! But the sweat DOES makes sense as well

I think you can add me to the list! Also probably heading down the end of May and staying through the first week of June. A few years ago we went every year, then DH said every other. Soooo we waited two years, had a fabulous time, and DH is up for going next year!

I'm not positive where we will stay yet - family of 5, so that limits us a bit. I would love to stay BC or YC, but having one less year to save could have is staying elsewhere. I'm sure we will drive - we are a little over 7 hours away with stops, but are moving next month and that will add a couple hours to our drive. DH is starting a new job and there will be some international travel - so maybe he can rack up enough miles so we could fly - wishful thinking!

You know, at the Boardwalk Inn - you can get 2 queens and a pull out - all the rooms have them!!

and how did you like your stay at the Poly? I know a lot of folks love it - but Im concerned about the separate buildings and what do you do if its like pouring and you have to run from building to building?

My other concern is the bathrooms - we LOVE that at the WL and BC (where we've previously stayed) that the double sinks are outside of the toilet/shower area - that way some can be brushing teeth while others are showering...

I like to think that I'm a little artistic but geez..some of those bands are FABULOUS and look HARD to do!!

and you know my kids wouldn't be like.."oh yeah mom, we'll just take a few drawn on Mickey heads"..they would want a Storm Trooper or the Stitch one!!

We actually did not do any meet and greets of Disney or people characters, but we DID really like the Star Wars parade - there were SO many cool characters in it!!

You could DO IT!! A lot of them are now being decorated with those water tattoos - you just apply it to the MB like you would your arm, and then slap on a few coats of clear base coat fingernail polish and VOILA!!

or just paint it with glitter fingernail polish and super glue on some gems and you're good to go!

I can't wait to decorate mine - and the boys...just need to see what the DH might want on his....Im sure something Star Wars....

Are you guys as obsessive as I am with pre-planning? I have spreadsheets and lists and notes... and since we're on the DxDP I plan ADRs for every day....for every meal..

I know, its a lot...phew..

Wow you're early! We will be at POFQ from June 19th next year. We are doing another split stay but haven't picked our second resort yet. If we like BLT this year we will go back there again for the second part of our stay next year too

Me too!!! I really hope I get my family to come with us so I can go to the 24 hours in mk and stay all night while my DS is with my parents! I really want to do sww too! Gosh wish I could take off mods than 10 days at work!!!!

We did sww a couple of years ago and liked it. After reading about some of the new stuff they have this year its making me really wish we could go this year but it wasn't meant to be. I just hope they keep the extra star wars stuff for next june.

Another early joiner here. We just got back from a quickie trip May 1st-5th. My eldest DD's cheer team competed at The Summit at the ESPN WWofS. We are hoping to be back most likely June 7th-14th 2015. It will be the same DD's graduation trip and if all goes well it will be the goal date of my weight loss journey that I am about to begin. I'm not sure where we will be staying yet...it depends on a lot of factors including the number of people joining us, specials running at the time, etc. We will definitely be staying on property.

Has anyone started a companion June 2015 fb page? If not...would anyone mind if I started one? The past few trip groups I've participated with...we had both a DIS thread and a fb page and it was a blast!!

Cannot wait to meet all my fellow June 2015 Dis'ers!!!

I totally have my ADR spreadsheet going (I have a standard one I copy and change to fit each WDW trip, ) I actually already have my OCT 2015 one planned out, so I have to back track and get June done since we've decided to go! Have to do some covert planning cause we are surprising DS with this trip...it will be just DH, DS, and me this time. He is our big Star Wars fan so we couldn't do SWW without him!

SO HAPPY that someone started this! Thank you, Avery&Todd!!! We have 6 families planning a surprise 6th grade graduation trip for our kiddos! We're trying to keep it all a big secret. It's so hard to find time to plan without them knowing! We are currently planning on 5days WDW and 2days Universal or 4 days/3 days. Looking at June 14th-20th at AKL/Royal Pacific. So ready for them to release the packages so we can all book and start paying on it! We are the only Disney fanatics...no one else has ever been! So excited to share our happy place with all our friends! I'd rather stay at WDW the whole time, but the kids are all HP fanatics, so we figured we should hit the Dark Side, too Excited to start planning with you all!

Great minds dress alike. That was from July 4th a few years ago.

Ok.....I created the group on fb. It's Walt Disney World June 2015!!! <------click on link. This is the first fb group that I've been the creator of so if ya'll have any tips/suggestions for being a good admin...please feel free to share.
