I just did online check-in!!! So excited!
I haven't added our plan yet, so here we go:
6/1 Epcot/check-in day: Breakfast on the road, QS lunch (probably Sunshine Seasons), Biergarten for dinner
6/2 Magic Kingdom: 11:30 LTT lunch, QS dinner (CHH???) This is EMH morning so we're going to tour hard starting in Fantasyland until lunch, then head back to the resort after lunch. Make our way back for dinner and more fun.
6/3 Animal Kingdom: 8am Tusker House Breakfast, Make sure to see the Lion King show, snack for lunch (jalapeno cheese pretzel!!!), Parade at 3:45, Dinner at Yak and Yeti 5:15. No mid-day break here. Sticking it out until dinner.
6/4 Epcot: Hit the Character Spot at rope drop (send DH for Soarin' fastpasses), breakfast at Sunshine Seasons, QS lunch, 5:35 Rose and Crown dinner. Not sure if we'll take a break this day. May just try to stay until dinner and then call it an early night. This is our only full Epcot day and we love it so much that I don't want to short change it.
6/5 Magic Kingdom: 8:05 Crystal Palace breakfast, tour hard until lunch, QS lunch, then head back to the resort. Tori can swim, Addi and Nana can nap. QS dinner late then head back to the park for some more rides and Wishes and Parade. We plan on this being a late night. We're letting the girls dictate when we head back for the night. I think I'm most excited about this day....
6/6 Resort Day: 9:55 CRT brunch, Shop around Main Street (but not for too long), head back to the resort. 6:00 Raglan Road Dinner shop around DTD before or after depending on how tired we are from the night before.
6/7 Resort Day: No plans, just 5:40 Cape May dinner ADR
6/8 Magic Kingdom: No ADRs, No plans.
6/9 Magic Kingdom: QS lunch, 7:00 1900 ADR mid-day break to refresh and get ready for dinner.
6/10 Animal Kingdom: 1:00 Tusker House lunch (Finding Nemo Package), We might actually try to get to Finding Nemo for one of the earlier shows as I hear the seats are not the best with the priority seating.

Say good-bye to WDW as it's going to be a while before we get back. I'm expecting a new little peanut and I'm just not sure I want to bring a 6 month old to the World next summer. Who knows though, we might just change our minds!
