The *OFFICIAL JUNE 2011 THREAD* "Some Like it Hot" & Some Like it Even Hotter! Part 2

I made a few changes... shocking... I know?!?!?! :lmao:

Monday 6/6- 50s Prime Time 12:55pm
California Grill 9:40pm

Thank you!!

What? You mean people actually change their reservations? :rotfl: :rotfl:

I added a few more myself...I haven't mentioned them here yet or even added them to the family's spreadsheet! I can't understand why my DH REFUSES to even LOOK at the spreadsheet until the day we leave for vacation! :rotfl: :rotfl:

I posted this on the "old" thread and then read through several pages that I missed and saw that we've got a new thread now! So I'm re-posting this here, if that is okay...

Here is a question for ya...

I'm always reading on Disney blogs and such how you can just pop over to the Poly or Boardwalk for a quick lunch out of the hustle and bustle of the parks. I can see how that is tempting, but it seems like you have to go out, wait in line for a boat or a monorail or take a walk, and then don't you have to wait in the lines to get back in the park through the turnstiles? How long does that take?

I was just reading a lovely write up on Captain Cook's at the Poly and it seems like an awful lot of work to get to what is essentially a counter service restaurant. Just curious.

I forgot to post my itinerary...

Sunday, June 5: Arrive at 6:13pm
Flying Fish Cafe at 9
Monday, June 6: Hollywood Studios until 8 then off to California Grill for Wishes In Room Celebration for my new hubby :thumbsup2
Tuesday, June 7: Epcot all day and night
Wednesday, June 8: Animal Kingdom and then off to Yacht Club and possibly Downtown Disney
Thursday, June 9: A bit of everything... Epcot, Disney Quest and Downtown Disney
Friday, June 10: Magic Kingdom
Saturday, June 11: Breakfast at the Grand Floridian... hanging out until around 2... then driving down to Fort Lauderdale for our Royal Caribbean Cruise.

Our Honeymoon is going to be AWESOME!!! :goodvibes :cool1: SO EXCITED!!!:dance3::yay:

Thanks anjalee for keeping up the thread! I've loved checking back to this thread as I count down the days to our trip. And thanks toomanycars for the Photo Safari thread. I'm really excited about contributing to that.

We only have 15 days left!!! I'm trying to get a box ready to ship, finalizing shopping lists, and looking forward to my pre-trip pedicure. (I just have to have glitter toes. I call it my pixie dust look.) So much to do, so much to do. Can't believe it's almost here.

I'm not getting a pedicure, but I'm painting my toes red and adding a black mickey head to my big toe :goodvibes I'm going to try to do it on my girls' toes too if they'll hold still enough for the mickey head!

Congrats to all of the single digit Junies--so exciting because the closer you get to going-the closer I get to my single digits

Wow! Lots of trip reports, I'm going to go through and read them all.

My fault as I never got around to the questions, but put me down for a maybe (as in, if it can fit into an already packed schedule.) or is it a def if I already have one planned? :confused3

Missed me again! my PTR is in my siggy, and I'll let you know when I do the actual TR/dining report.

single digit dance! :cool1: :woohoo:

I am sorry that I missed you saying that you were in for a DisMeet. Nothing has been planned. I thought it might just help people who might want to get together. I think my husband would kill me if I started to work on another new project. :goodvibes

Reporting on part 2 :yay: Only 15 days to go and today is our last Monday of school :woohoo:
