The judge allows new evidence that Alcazar could still be alive to be presented in Court. Ric quickly reacts by offering Sam an opportunity for payback on Jason if she retakes the stand and says that she heard Jason plotting to kill someone. She agrees to go back on the stand! Diane and Ric battle it out in an intense day of court drama. After they give their closing arguments, the decision goes to the jury and they come back early with their verdict -- will they find Jason guilty or innocent?

I have liked Kate since the start.. but what I like best about her is that she makes Sonny interesting and watchable ......Maurice B is a great actor.. but Sonny had gotten stale.. very stale...
Kate herself is interesting, the actress is VERY good and she rises above the Carly bulllll-loney.... The thought of her being Spinelli's birth mom is fun for sure....

Sam, Kelly Monaco is doing a good job making us HATE Sam... the same Sam we cried for and pitied when she lost her child a few years ago. I am seeing the Con man side of Sam very clearly now.. and it is diabolical (sp?) and self centered for sure!

Maxie.. Thank you for returning to normal... can you get LuLu's hair dresser to take out the extensions too? Please....

Stuart Damon as the Angel of Port Chuck... I start smiling the minute I see his relaxed Black sweatsuited self grace the screen. I hope he is having as much fun playing dead Alan Q as much as I enjoying seeing him do so.

Favorite Character on GH at the moment... LAWYER DIANE!!! That woman can act.. she can say more with her body and face than some actresses can do with an entire monologue!!! She can also crack some good jokes with an edge!

Night Shift... I gave up.. it confused me too much... I kept thinking why is Jason mopping floors when he should be at the courthouse?? LOL
I think it was a good idea that went off course...

So that sums up mamajoan's current feelings on GH.... oh that and...

somebody please tell me that Jake Martin will soon be known as Jake Martin Morgan.. and that it will be all out in the open soon.... very soon! I also would like to see Liz. b--ch slap Sam! LOL

*Georgie tells Spinelli to embrace his quirkiness but he insists on turning over a new leaf. Georgie decides impede his efforts.

When Tracy gets sprung, she and Edward go head to head for control of ELQ. Scotty offers his help in exchange for a piece of the pie. Which side will take him up on the offer?

Sam voices her fear to a concerned Lucky that Sonny and Jason might seek retribution against her for turning her back on them. He races over in the middle of the night when he gets a cryptic emergency call from her.

Sonny figures out Kate hasn't told him the entire story when it comes to the real reasons she left Bensonhurst and the connection to Trevor Lansing but decides to trust her anyway. He orders Kate to move in and she offers no resistance.

Logan gets drunk and tells Maxie she should give up on ever trying to win Coop's entire heart. Coop's heart will always belong to his childhood sweetheart regardless of what family or any piece of paper says. *

The big secret, Trevor knew teenaged Sonny was planning on running away with teenaged Kate. Yet he woo'ed her away, and gave her the opportunity to make something of herself, breaking Sonny's heart in the process. As was Trevor's purpose.

Trevor knows who Kate really is, he helped her become Kate Howard, he helped her get through college and was her boyfriend for a long while.

Kate is shocked to find out that Trevor is Sonny's half brother's, father. And Sonny is shocked to hear that Trevor played such a role in Kate's life.*

I think he is supposed to be falling for her. He tries to keep her from finding out about the bet, but it doesn't work.

LOL I find myself doing that a lot lately especially the scenes between Robin and Patrick. The only ones I like to watch are Tracey and Alan. I think they're great. I just wonder how long they can keep Alan on as a ghost.

Someone on a GH message board suggested having him walk in to the Q living room one day all normal. No one would be suprised except Tracey and then go on like nothing ever happened.

Stuart Damon got a HUGE standing ovation at GHFCW. Apparently that helped to keep him around longer since Frons was there and saw the response.

Irina gets into Jax’s pants after merely suggesting she will do harm to Carly and her boys if he doesn’t open up.

Jerry gains knowledge of Irina’s escape from death.

Suspecting she may be pregnant, Robin pees on the stick, waiting for the results, hoping for the best.
Nobody is happier than Patrick when the stick shows no pregnancy for Robin.

In her reckless attempt at fleeing Sonny (and her feelings for him), Kate gets herself good and in trouble with the law. How does hit and run, drunk driving, grab ya?
***? Sonny has a hard time wrapping his mind around that one, especially since it’s Connie (Kate).
Sonny tends to Kate. Soon, she is a puddle in his comforting, loving, understanding embrace.

Jason angrily lectures Carly about teaming up with the likes of terrorist Jerry to help his case.

Carly takes up some issues about deceit with Jerry.
Carly’s next travel itinerary is Turkey, for the sole purpose of saving Jax.

Diane’s 11th-hour evidence – Lorenzo alive? – works wonders to turn things around for Jason in the jurors’ eyes.

Ric and Diane continue to lawyer up in Jason’s case, as witness after witness testifies, and one—Sam—takes the witness stand again. Ric is unable to rattle scorned Sam into a vengeance-fueled tirade against Jason.

Epiphany sends off a distracted Elizabeth to the courtroom to see for herself what’s going to be Jason’s fate.

The second Jason’s not-guilty verdict’s delivered, Elizabeth unthinkingly goes over to him to give him a victory clinch.

Sam takes Elizabeth and Jason’s clinch in, plotting evil.

Jason and Elizabeth pull apart after noticing the TV cameras have been focused solely on them the entire time.
While enjoying the company of his brother Nikolas and pal Emily, Lucky turns his attention to the TV just as the cameras show his wife and Jason in that clinch.

Sam throws the gauntlet down at Elizabeth’s feet.

Sam debriefs Jason on her intention to seduce Lucky from Elizabeth, then tell on them about baby Jake not being his, as payback. Jason feels like traitor Sam punched him in the gut.

Lucky yells at Elizabeth for cheating on him.

Lucky marks his territory around Elizabeth and their children, just in case Jason is tempted to go after them.

Jason attempts to reason with Lucky about the facts, it was one night and one night only, leave it be.

Lucky and Jason engage in heavy-duty dissension, which almost dissolves into a fight club.

Jason has an enlightening, private conversation with Spinelli about Elizabeth, their baby and marriage possibilities. Seems Jason wouldn’t mind making Liz his wife, given the right circumstances, like her dumping Lucky.

Elizabeth concedes to Emily of her willingness to consider Jason as father and husband material.

Sam talks big to Lucky about her honorable refusal to implicate Jason in any way as a witness.

Sam’s seduction act seems to go over big-time hard with Lucky.

Sam girl-talks with Maxie about leading Lucky on, and the ramifications of that. Sam allows that her act would effectively wipe out any and all chances at a reunion with Jason, and that gives her pause.

Sam orchestrates an attack on Elizabeth and her children by a bunch of mob-looking types, short of inflicting actual harm.
These shady characters mean to menace Elizabeth into believing it’s because of Jason and his ties to Sonny, the mobster, that they’re lobbing bullets her way.

As rehearsed, Sam arrives seemingly in the nick of time to shoo the two lunkheads away from Elizabeth and her children.
Behind Elizabeth’s back, Sam makes it financially worth the two thugs’ while.

Elizabeth tries to get Sonny to watch out for Jason, in her place. Sonny will hear none of Elizabeth’s well-meaning talk. He calls her on the carpet for ruining Jason’s life in the first place, and orders her to act like she doesn’t know him already.

Lulu reminds Jason of his promise to stay out of Elizabeth’s and Jake’s life, for their own good, and to prevent Lucky from further pain.

Tracy insists on a DNA test for Scott and Logan.

Spinelli beats his head against a brick wall, when he urges Lulu to rethink going after Logan, because the guy’s a master manipulator.

Paying no mind to Spinelli, Lulu jumps headlong into a love affair with Logan.

Spinelli confers with Jason on what to do about his and Lulu’s dilemma. Lulu does the same about her and Logan, with Carly.

Lulu talks Spinelli into having her way again, making it okay for her to pursue Logan and not feel so guilty about her BFF by building up their friendship as solid no matter what.

Logan seeks the approval of the Qs in dating Lulu, but they prohibit him from going near her.

Cooper fails to convert Lulu into avoiding Logan.

Next week: Jason resolves to keep quiet about Jake being his son… Sonny gives Jason a heads-up on big, bad Ric… Ric’s gonna be small potatoes compared to this new villain… Maxie sides with Sam, as payback takes on a whole new, seedy meaning.
