SID Goldstar goes to Becky
*it must be difficult to be GH's Liz these days, what with all the secrets she's keeping and lies she's telling. After all, being married to one man, and having another man's child, has proven to be quite the burden to carry. She was already on the verge of exploding from the built up guilt and overwhelming confusion of being in love with two men at the same time when the worst that could happen to a mother, did-- her newborn baby was kidnapped and her husband accused her of neglect. Liz hit rock bottom, fearing that telling the truth would fix her own messed up life but in turn destroy her husbands. RH's exhaustive portrayal has been an exercise in grief, self condemnation and a tug-of-war of the heart.
The Defense Rests
although liz was doing everything to hold herself together, she knew her emotions were out of control. Havinng her child disappear while in her care felt like karma. "Lucky accused me of letting Jake get kidnapped b/c I didnt love him enough," she told Emily, who read b/t her best friend's unspoken lines. "Jake...or Lucky?" she asked. Emily's words struck a chord in Liz. Lucky was not pleased to see Liz paying Jason a visit in jail and confronted her. SHe however didnt have the energy to deal with his insecurities. "Jason gives me hope b/c he makes me believe that it's only a matter of time b/f Jake is found. He doesnt attack me." A broken Elizabeth wasnt holding back a single thought.
