you know, I can't remember what I dreamt last night because I woke up first this this morning with Cosmic Rays stuck in my head because I'd been going through my WDW dining app last night before bed trying to figure out where to have our quick service dinner in MK. I've got itineraries on the brain, they usurp any unconscious thinking apparently.

If any of you guys got your Mickey Mail, at what day did you get it around?

I got my ME info/vouchers about 4-5 weeks out. I was supposed to get my package info last week but for some reason it got sent back to my TA "return to sender" even though it was the correct address. That WOULD have been 3 weeks out.

It is -27 F without the windchill right now. -45 with. I am not leaving the house today! My neighbours leave tomorrow for WDW and I am so jealous!!

I'm pretty sure Air Tran is $15/bag so that may save you $20 on the way back. Not much but hey, it's money, right?

No, it went up to $20. We're torn between paying the luggage fee and the convenience of DME. Right now we have 2 large and 3 carryon suitcases for 4 of us. But I'm afraid by the time I'm done it will be 3 large. The goody bags in my sig were a fun idea but the extra packaging to keep them hidden is taking up way too much space. Not to mention clothes for all seasons.

All right -- time to get out of bed (it's soooo cold in here!) and off the boards. I have packing to do!

My disney dreams usually involve something really cool happening...like during the year of a millions dreams...I had dreamt SO many times that we won the castle suite...that I think I was serioulsy dissappointed when we went to WDW 2x that year and DIDN"T win! disppointed and shocked....as in "well I dreamt it was gonna happen"

THe week leading up to our trip I never sleep...my mind just races all over the flipping place.

I finally bought printer ink last night, now I can start printing our t-shirt transfers...& I'm still on the fence about autogrph books, I've made my own the past 4 trips....kinda don't want to do that again...but I know if I dare, NOT make them, the girls will miss them....so I probably will. What have you guys done???

I need printer ink too! Ran out this weekend. Man - so many things to print
so little time! LOL
I am at 10days out so I just checked in online! It is getting SO close now!!

Does anybody else make sure they have their hair cut and dyed and pretty for their Disney pictures? =P I'll post a before and after for you guys, if I can figure out how to post pics. i failed when I tried for my trip report. Oh and my boyfriend got spiffy new glasses. We're gonna be one hot Disney couple =P

you must not have young kids. I'm lucky if I get a shower each day, never mind pretty hair, lol. It will be up in a ponytail the entire trip b/c I will be too busy getting DD in and out of her princess get-ups, not to mention I will be exhausted and haggard from all the walking all day long.

Well, yes I do. I am a hairdresser though So I have easy access to getting my hair done. I have let my color go longer than I like in order to get it done right before we go. I have also made appointments to get a manicure/pedicure with my daughter right before we take off!! It is the kickoff to our vacation! DH and DS will also get cuts right before we go. (they are buzzed short, so it grows kinda fast)

Coming out of lurkdom here. I've enjoyed following along with you guys! We have less than 33 days, and I can hardly believe it. I started out strong, with lots of planning when we decided to go back in October. Now I fell a little overwhelmed and am severely slacking. I need to figure out a packing list (crazy weather or not), think about a very generalized touring plan (suggestions?) and decide which toy/surprises to bring with us. Also, not sure if we are going to buy a stroller from Craig's list for the trip or rent (DH wants to rent, but it's kind of costly).
Do you guys buy the photopass cd?

when you say costly are you talking about the rentals in the parks or from one of the stroller companies? I rented from Magic Strollers and it came to $75 for 8 nts. I thought that wasn't too bad.

I was talking to my son about Valentines day and how its in February & my 3 year old asked if Mickey did anything special for Valentines day. I have never been to WDW in February before Valentines day before so I told him I didn't know. Does anyone know? Is there anything special?

We spent the day in MK on Valentines Day in 2009. Nothing special... other than having dinner with Pooh lol. I thougth there would be something special too...

To the person who asked about photopass... I absolutely buy it!! I am even buying the book this year. I am prebuying... rather have that extra $ in my pocket

Well, heres to going to the post office tomorrow and finding Mickey Mail.. maybe it will take the chill off... -20

went to the Disney store today and got a little fix of Disney. Bought red t-shirts with Disney characters for everybody to wear on Valentines day. The first time ever I have planned outfits to semi match.

That's actually what I was thinking too..this way they wouldn't have to worry about which page which character? My girls are getting older & they don't want ALL the autographs this time, but they do want some & especially if we happen to see some we haven't seen before. WHat size are you going to make? I was thinking 5x7 but maybe that's too big???

I think I am going to do 5x7. That way we can put a 4x6 pic on the opposite page and have room to mat it and put stickers. I am hoping to turn it in to a little scrap book for them to keep. I know mine won't want autographs from all the characters too.

I color mine to cover the (pigmentally challenged hairs - otherwise known as gray hai) and to make a little more fun and exciting!

We are bringing pillowcases for the characters to sign. We have so many books with the sigs and they just sit there. This way they can see them every night when they go to bed.
