I was hoping a DIsney on Ice was coming in the next few months to tide us over 'til our trip. DD would LOVE something like that (never been to any) but it looks like it's just Toy Story. She's all about princesses though and I don't think she'd be too into watching Buzz & Woody and gang.

Beth- Rates roundtrip nonstop right now are $355 which stinks! In May we paid $180 round trip non stop on Continental. My daughter is turning two before we leave so we now have to buy her a ticket too- BOO

Hi Alli! :wave I'm excited too!! My son just rolls his eyes at my Star Wars obsession... lol It will be nice to talk with someone who has *taste* for once. I'm also excited because I just sold my G1 (Android phone) that I replaced, as well as about 5 video games that we don't play anymore, at Gazelle.com. Supposed to be about $74, which will pay for dinner at 'Ohana! Yayness!!

I would love to sell some other stuff, like perfectly good clothes my son has grown out of, but I don't know what the first step is. Do any of y'all sell stuff on ebay? The main thing I can't figure out is, how do you know what to charge for shipping?? I'm so afraid I would end up losing money somehow.

Alli, yikes that is high! We paid $260 roundtrip, non-stop this trip which I didn't think was too bad. Airline prices are crazy high nowadays!

Gina, I've never done Ebay but I do sell at a couple of consignment shops in my town. Do you have any of those around you? It's usually a 60/40 split.

Funny this is I just took some stuff over lunch to the stores. I don't expect much but I was cleaning out closets and if I get a couple bucks, better than nothing!

SO stinkin' excited... Couldn't pull up the WDW calendars yesterday, kept giving me an error -- but did just now, and MSEP is officially on the calendar for February!! Three different nights while we're there. Spectro is just "eh" to me... I miss MSEP bad! Can't wait to see and hear it again!!!

you get a scale then you can enter the weight on it. Then when the buyer puts in their zip code it will calculate the different shipping rates available.

what is MSEP - electrical parade? That's different than Spectro? I thought they were the same thing??? I noticed Spectro on my week (haven't looked in a while) but not MSEP......

Thanks for all of the well wishes everyone. Looks like we have avoided patch surgery but may have to do tubes soon. He is going to check on her next month and then go from there but YAY for the perforation healing

Gina, I sell on craiglist. I also buy but have been selling more recently. It's an easy FREE way to make some extra $$$ and clothes are high in demand, esp. name brand teen clothes!

Does that mean that when we are there in early/mid February they will be there too?

Anyone who has been at this time, please tell me its not true.

I have only ever been in July and just learned to turn the other way, but we didnt hit Fantasmic due to the tour groups.

I just booked an appointment for DD at the BBB for 8:50am on the 12th! She's getting the whole package: hair, makeup and nails I wasn't going to do it since she hates getting her hair done, but that's when I do it, and I'm sure at the BBB it'll be atotally different experience

I have only ever been in July and just learned to turn the other way, but we didnt hit Fantasmic due to the tour groups.

I hope it isn't going to affect early Feb....they make everything miserable and are the most inconsiderate people I have ever stumbled upon! We have never been in Feb but when we went last summer in late june/early july it was horrible. We couldn't even touch the pool at our resort becuase they were in it acting like fools until 2am every night....

Sounds like soo much fun! I booked for the 4th for both of my girls I figure why not...it will be dd#1's 9th bday and probably the last time she'll want to dress up like a princess

When is it in Feb the cheerleaders go and do you know where they usually stay? This is the first time for us going in Feb (7th - 19th), we usually go in the fall or early spring. I just hope they aren't at Pop Century when we are there.

They're usually at the All Stars. That's where we've really seen them. Holy COW they are annoying. Don't think we saw any at Pop! There may have been a few staying there, but I don't think Pop is one of their official choices.

Hi! We will be there from feb 10th until feb14th staying at the Poly. It's our yearly grandparents-granddaughter trip and will be the first WDW (and US) visit for my parents. I'm not sure that are really looking forward to going there (all my obsessive planning may have scared them ). My father actually wanted to buy a one day ticket, because he thought that seeing one park would be enough, eventually he was overruled by my mother, he will thank her plenty later on.
My daughter doesn't know about WDW yet, she will receive her hopper pass as a christmas present and it's extremely hard for me to keep the secret as she is constantly asking when we will go back to WDW.
It will be a great holiday I only don't like the ten hours flight and the 6 hour time difference involved but at least getting up early won't be a problem for us .
