Well, made the right call on the first flight- already canceled for tomorrow morning. Now I am praying that the 3:40pm flight actually takes off tomorrow. I am considering pushing it back to mid day thursday instead.... If I wait, and our new flight gets canceled we will be fighting with everyone to get on the Thursday flight (only one with a few seats left). If we cancel first flight and it takes off- we will be annoyed..... decisions decisions

thanks all- as of right now we are sticking with the 3:40pm flight since the worst of the storm should be over by then, and because the airline phone system is shut down- you call and they say that its too busy and they cant take our call lol

wow was I unprepared for this. I mean of all days!

On hold right now with magical express changing our flight info with them so they know we are coming in later

What I learned from all of this- Have a list of numbers ready to go in case you need them- including airlines, hotels near airlines, resort reservation number and telephone number, Magic Express number (866-599-0951), flight info, etc. OH and print it out- you never know when you will lose power!

Someone asked (sorry I forgot who) about online check in...we've always done it since it started and haven't had any issues...although I can't say it made check in go much faster....but it was nice to know it was done.

I am having sympathy anxiety attacks for all of you dealing with trying to get out over the next couple of days... But look at it this way: Once you're finally at Disney, it will be that much more special because of all you had to go through to get there!! And I hope you all manage to get there with way less hassles than it's looking like at this moment.

Would you believe that confidence is not only high now that we will see snow Thursday night-Friday morning, but *accumulations* of snow?!? This is so crazy... We have palm trees and seagulls -- a snowman will look very out of place, lol. But my son is some exponent of excited at this point.

I went ahead and checked in online this morning. I kept going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to or not, but then decided I didn't like the idea of waiting and having all the people who did check in online getting assigned rooms 10 days before me.

10 days... Can't believe it's only 10 days away!!!!

Hi Gina, if you do get accumulating snow you must post a pic of your snowman next to the palm trees!!!! PRICELESS!!!! You don't want to see a pic of my backyard at the moment. It's not even snowing yet, the wind looks awful already. Ick!!!!

I just finished my on-line check in!!!! BUT it didn't take my room requests!!!! It said to call or try later. Drats!!!!

Alli & everyone else flying in the next few days from the east coast area: you are in my thoughts and prayers. I just know everyone will make it, even if its not the day they intended to. It will make the FL weather (if its warm) that much better.

Two more days till online check in, I cannot wait to be away for a bit.

We made it out on the last flight from Bradley.. Phew! Our plane had to be de-iced twice!!! I was so nervous!! Thankfully all went well.

I checked in for the hotel at 10 days out and we moved to a day sooner. I never re-checked in online and we were all checked in when we got here! Our room isn't ready, but all my requests were met. I dont mind waiting though. We ate lunch and now the kids are playing at the park...
