It used to be there were just the 3 networks, so everybody saw everything. Now with so many options, I don't think it possible to see all of the shows!

When "Shōgun" first came out, I told friends that the Academy could go ahead and start etching Emmys for Production Design, Costumes, Opening Credits, Cinematography, and probably Best Actor and Best Actress. I should have made a bet about those. Although I don't think any of my friends would have taken the other side of the bet.

I was so happy to see the show get 14 Creative Arts Emmys and four Primetime Emmys. Can't wait Season 2!
