The Official Bachelor Thread ~ Deanna comes back!

I'm starting to wonder if this is more about Melissa's parents (like some of you have already said) Who are they? Could they be very wealthy and they don't want that to be an influence on Jason picking their daughter? Do any of you know anything about the parents?

And one more thing, have you noticed there hasn't been any teasers to the ladies at the final rose ceremony... In every season in the past, it shows different short clips of him at the ceremony with each girl. Hmmmmmmmm..........

You're RIGHT!!!!!! Hmmmmm.....

Or maybe they're famous? Although, you'd think her FRIENDS might have mentioned that, unless they were told not to...

I'm beginning to think that we are all going to need therapy before this season is over. There are just to many possibilities.

I too think it has something to do with Melissa's parents...
Jason said himself he can fall in love all he wants, but without meeting the parents it can "only go so far".....

Ok, and my very last thought on this and then I'll be quiet is for heaven's sake, you know a broken hearted lady is getting in the car....have some tissues in there for her!!!!

My mom thinks the shocker will be he picks Molly.

That's what my mom said! She was like don't they have any tissues for her?

Speaking of that, it really shows the quality of the women that Jason has picked for the final 4-5 that none of them have badmouthed him when they get in the car. They've all been gracious and respectful.

THAT hasn't happened in past seasons.

Did anyone notice how many commercials there were last night? It drove me insane. Anyway, now for my thoughts!

I saw a side of Jason last night I did not like. I really do like him a lot but he sure put a lot of emphasis on the physical attraction thing. I know physical attraction is important but he pretty much told us he had to taste the cow's milk prior to purchasing it. He really pushed it with Jillian and I really feel that she gave him a little taste of the milk. In episode's past they left you to "think" about what was happening. Their time in th hot tub left nothing for the imagination. Why push it and play with it when you have no intention of picking her? She looked absolutely beautiful last night and I think he made a big mistake picking Molly over her. Molly is a preppy young girl who is in it for what she can get. I see no compassion, no empathy and no understanding from her when real life hits. Kids are cute and we love them but any parent will tell you they are not always fun. She said that where they were was her favorite place and he asked why and she looked like an idiot answering that question. Snobby people rub me the wrong way and that was one example of when you think your poopy does not stink, you sometimes come out looking like a pile of poopy. I dont know about Melissa. I think she is young and I dont like the fact that this is her 2nd reality tv show. As for Deanna, she always wore stuff to show off her body. She does look larger and that outfit is puffy compared to normal attire. She may be depressed after the breakup and has put on some pounds which I would totally understand. I dont know, but this is all driving me nuts. BRING ON THE SPOILERS! I am so tired of this!! :lmao: :lmao:

Did anyone hear him say that spending the night with someone is very important for any relationship? Also, did anyone get agitated when Jillian was talking about being best friends and he was so against it. She did not mean best friends would define the relationship, she meant it would help sustain it. "WOWZA" sex can only last so long and then real life hits. I hope to goodness he knows that!

First time posting on this thread. But who else thinks he took Gillian's words way too literal? She said she wanted to marry her best friend. I'm sorry, but my DH is my best friend also. I think he totally misunderstood what she meant.

I also think he wants someone that is very affectionate...did I spell that right? Molly is just not that person and he commented to her about that and her parents not being that way.

As a PP mentioned, he also said that Melissa reminded him the most of both DeAnna and his ex.

My DH does not get into this show at all. Barely watches with me, in and out of the room, etc. But he did notice also how Jason was talking to just Melissa in that final scene and nothing was directed at Molly.

As for not meeting Melissa's parents, I really don't know what to think of that. He did say what's in the past is in the past and can't be changed. She also said that week that her parents never came to any of her games to watch her perform. This could be an advantage in the long run as one less said of grandparents to include later on when they have more kids. No fighting over who's family they are going to go visit because her parents just don't care. KWIM? But at the same time, I can totally understand their point in not wanting to do this publicly. Maybe they aren't rich and didn't feel their home was good enough to be seen on national television. Maybe they wanted a more "intimate" meeting without all the cameras.

So many if's and too much time to wait.

ITA!:thumbsup2

Maybe it will be another Brad finale and no one will be picked. Or maybe Chris wont show up to point out there is only one rose and no one will be able to move forward.

wow, well I figured Jillian was a goner.....all teh spoiler sites were right about that. I do have to say I was really pulling for her last night, I loved how she opened up and I too felt he took the best friend thing completely wrong. They were the steamiest in the hot tub.

I don't see Melissa or Molly around for the long haul. Even though we haven't seen much of Ty, that scene where he kept asking Ty if it was ok that he go out, Ty almost in the beginnings of a tantrum....well, neither of these two are used to being in the back seat, so we'll see what happens.

When Deanna says she made a mistake, what does she mean, not choosing him?

Oh my gosh yes I did notice all the commercials - I had dance class half way through the show so watched some and then came home to watch the tape and thought I missed a whole segment I was fast forwarding through so many commercials!
