I cant contain my excitement much longer 20 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dis Family - Never to late to join our group... Would you be so kind to share the dates and Resort/Hotel with us when you get your agenda finalized.
Bob
Thanks for the warm welcome! Our dates are July 13th-17th. We are military so we took advantage of the military salute 3 day 2 park hoppers. We are flying from Kansas City, MO to the John Wayne Airport. We are staying at the Radisson Suites Hotel Buena Park ( I hope they are good. Tripadvisor has mixed reviews, but it fit our budget best
). I am still finalizing what we are doing on which day and hope to fit in a visit to Universal Studios as well. I will update when I have that finalized. I have been reading through the Disneyland threads for tips and tricks and I am always open to more if anyone has anything to offer.

I know everyone is busy..... But, this thread is way to quite
To the all leaving in a couple of week....I can hear it now.
The people at work are getting tired of you talking about Disney.
Your family is so excited, they can't sleep.
Can't find one of your suitcases.
Need one more pair of shoes.
Someone needs a new swim suit.
Your family is watchinginstead of helping.
And - You are saying... aren't any of you going to help me?????
It's time for a-- On your mark, get set, Disney here we come.

hahaha my co-worker that is in same office as me has already told me to shut upShe still has 42 days of listening to it!!
The kids and I are getting to work on the pre-trip Disneyland books that we've gotten into making! We make lists of things we want to do, find pics of food we want to eat, etc. and print them out and put them into individual cardboard binders. And then, of course, decorate them with Disney stickers. Lots of stickers. (Yeah, I'm about five years old at heart.)![]()

Sun rise is almost exactly 6 am
Sun down is almost exactly 8 pm
YMMV
I also have tidal info for the first weekend of August for Laguna Beach if anyone is interested.
We plan to do some tidal poolin' !

What is this tidal poolin you speak of? We were planning on doing Huntington and Newport beaches?
Does anyone have their touring plans worked out that they'd like to share with each other to critique? I'm struggling with mine...

It's a fun activity to do, especially if you have kids. However, you have to hit the area when the tide is lower, really best if it is a negative tide.
You can see all sorts of sea life.
