Today is Thanksgiving Day. We decided to just try and have a Normal day. Logan got us up at 07:30. He has just not got the idea of what a lie in on holiday is. I was sent out to get some breakfast. I ended up at Burger King. They where open from 06:00 to 12:00. The q was about 10 mins long and then about 20 min to get the food. This is not what I call fast food. When I got back I found Kirsty and Logan in the pool, it was now only 90’F.

After breakfast we headed to Animal Kingdom.

It was not that busy. We went to Dino Land USA first. Logan and myself spent 30 mins or so on the big climbing frame there. It was fab.

Logan any myself went on the Dinosaur ride. He only was just tall enough for it. He loved the ride until the very end when it was time to get off the ride when he stared to cry. Bye the time that we got in to the shop he had stopped and then managed to get Kirsty and me to get him the biggest T-Rex that he could find.

We walked round past Expedition Everest with Logan asking to go on it. We walked round the animal trail and Kirsty did a runner when we went in to the bat enclosure and found a snake in there. Logan loved seeing the tigers in there.

It was now time for the parade. It was OK, Logan spent his time waving at all of the floats.

We then took a ride on the train. We did not get off we just wanted a ride on it. We went back to Dino Land and to the big climbing frame. It was a lot busier now.

It was off to Ponderosa for dinner. Kirsty and I just had the buffet. We still got charged $9.99, the same as a basic meal. Then off home with Logan asleep in the car.

Glad you had a nice Thanfsgiving Day. I remember a Burger King over there taking forever as well, not fast food at all. You had another busy day at Animal Kingdom then. I think the tigers are my favourite animal there. Good old Ponderosa I do enjoy going there.

Lovely day. I hope the snake in the bat enclosure was in a display tank and not loose. A few year's ago we did see a wild snake in one of pools in the animal exhibits round the tree.

surpised it was not busier as was thanksgiving day
