The No-Way-I'm-Going-Solo-This-Time Solo Trip, a Sept PTR *Home & TR Link 9/15 x2*

Wow....I'm exhausted just reading all that. That is one long day filled with lots of new stuff to do.

Love Coral Reef for lunch...and the atmosphere cant' be beat. One of these days we will get to Via Napoli.

Looks like a fun day. I'm excited to see what you think of the Behind the Seeds tour. That is one that I really want to be able to do sometime!

I'm glad to see that you decided to stick with Via Napoli. I really hope you like it and that we didn't just inflate your expectations to the point that anything less than perfection will be a let down. :rotfl2::rotfl:

I'm sorry to read about the investor. It is tough enough without people saying that they are interested when they never really planned to invest.

Your Epcot day looks busy but so much fun! I will be so sad to see the imagination pavilion go, I really wish figment could stay forever! I love how many new things you are getting done as well - we try to do this on every trip :)

I have to admit that I'm a bit exhausted reading it too! I didn't realize how much I'm doing until I just typed all of that out! :scared:

I'm very happy I got a Coral Reef ADR for lunch. Hopefully some day you can get in to eat at Via Napoli, but you are eating at some great places next week! :cool1:

I'm really looking forward to doing Behind the Seeds. The great part about that tour is you can reserve it in advance, but there are almost always spots open still the day of too.

:rotfl2: I don't think you overhyped it! I always knew I would enjoy it and have seen several reviews of it that made me want to eat it. I was just trying to decide if I wanted Italian several times. But I love Italian so I'm looking forward to it!!!

Thanks. He was the most frustrated about that fact, that the investor led him to believe he may invest when he wouldn't.

It will be a busy day, but I know I will have a ton of fun during the day too!

I don't think it's official that Figment will be gone for good, only EO has been confirmed to be gone in January. They just said Figment will also be closed at that time, but it could just be a refurb/redesign. I hope so anyway!

So glad that Figment is not shutting down for good! If you didn't see, Bob Iger confirmed at D23 that Figment is not going anywhere! :goodvibes:cheer2:

Great day! I too love Coral Reef for lunch :goodvibes: We are also trying Via Napoli, but in January.....

So funny thing.... We are in HS then MK this day for MNSSHP!

I should definitely have my review of Via Napoli up before January, so you'll get another idea of it!

I almost was doing AK then MNSSHP on the 10th, but ADR availability changed it for me. We are just going to keep missing each other! :rotfl:

Finally caught up again. I will be so happy when this budget process is finished!

Sorry to hear about Steve not getting the investor.

Your Epcot day looks like fun! Sooo much food though. I always say I'm going to try different snacks but I end up being too full from the regular meals. I love Coral Reef but have never been to Via Napoli before. Finally have that one scheduled for February!

Definitely try to catch Turtle Talk if you get a chance! I caught that show for the first time last November and now it is a must do for me!

It is a lot of food, which does worry me a bit. I plan on just getting something very small at each country. I'm also going to take Ziploc bags with me to put any leftovers from the snacks, so I can eat something but not have to eat it all right then, I can save some for later! :cheer2:

I will do Turtle Talk, I love Crush! :thumbsup2 :cool2:

Sorry to hear that the investor wasn't really what he hyped himself up to be.

Oh gosh! Via Napoli and Coral Reef!?! Love both of them and could go for a meal there right now.

You know that we love the Behind the Seeds tour and highly recommend it to everyone who will listen. It's neat to see what Epcot does behind the scenes.

Thanks, Steve is still frustrated about it all, but moving forward trying to find an investor who really wants to invest!

I could go for a meal anywhere on WDW property right now, just so I could be there and not at my desk, working! :rotfl2:

That tour is definitely up my alley! My parents always had (and still have!) a small vegetable garden. My sisters and I were each allowed to pick one vegetable to grow and they picked 2 every year. Once I buy my house I very much plan to have my own garden of food and herbs. :goodvibes I'm sure it won't compare to yours though! :rotfl:

DAY FOUR, WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 11TH

I will be once again getting up around 6:45am to get a shower, eat a granola bar, etc and be at the bus stop by 8am. Today I will be enjoying my day here:

Once they let us in I will head immediately to my favorite attractions in all of WDW...

I'll grab a Kilimanjaro Safari Fastpass then get in line. I walk pretty fast and so many people head to EE that I usually am on one of the first few vehicles that leave.

I will take a TON of pictures while riding, and probably get right back in line for my FP use. After I do that I will head next door and take a walk through the Pagani Forest trail. Hopefully I will see these:

As well as many other animals. Next up will be the train ride here:

I hope they are doing some procedure in the animal hospital section. Last year I saw a Siamang getting checked out. If you don't know what a Siamang is, they are the black monkeys hanging out near Asia, close to Kali River Rapids.

Once I finish up at Rafiki's place I will hop the train back to Africa, then walk over to Asia. I hope to see DeVine along my walk there. Once in Asia I will grab a FP for here:

and I will get in the Single Rider line to ride right away. Depending on the weather I will ride Kali River Rapids around now too. No matter what I will head into this area:

To see lots of animals, but especially my absolute favorite wild animal of all...

Tigers!!! :lovestruc

Next up will be the first new thing for me this day, Flights of Wonder. I've always wanted to see the show, but just miss it each visit and don't get back to it. I'm going to see it this time!!! After that I will probably be hungry and will most likely eat lunch here:

Before heading into Dinoland. I will ride Dinosaur, then do something else I haven't done yet, which is to really walking around Hester and Chester's Carnival area. I haven't played any of the games or really done anything at all in this whole section except use the restroom once! :rotfl: Then another thing in the Dinoland area that I've never done will be next up, and that is Finding Nemo.

Once I finish in Dinoland I will check out the Oasis and Discovery Island trails and take in A Bugs Life. I don't know what time it will be by then, but whatever time is left until the park closes at 5pm I will spend riding Kilimanjaro Safari and/or doing anything I may have had to skip earlier.

When Animal Kingdom closes I will make my way to Downtown Disney. I will probably get off at the Marketplace stop and do some shopping while I make my way over to the West Side. I have a 7pm ADR for a new restaurant for me, Crossroads at the House of Blues. After seeing how yummy the food looks in Lisa's TR I knew I had to try it for myself!

After what I'm sure will be a yummy meal I will decide what to do next. If I'm really tired I will just head back to CBR for bed. If I'm not then I will instead hop the bus to here:

For yet another new experience for me. I want to head to the beach and watch Wishes from there and then the Electrical Water Pageant. After that I will definitely make my way to CBR (via MK bus stops) and go to bed.

NEW EXPERIENCES THIS DAY:
Flights of Wonder
Hester and Chester's Carnival
Finding Nemo
Wishes and Water Parade from Poly Beach

NEXT TIME: Rockin' and Droppin'!

I've never seen Flights of Wonder either. It is something I'd like to catch sometime, but just never have gotten around to it.

I think the idea to catch the water parade and Wishes from the Poly looks like fun also. :thumbsup2

It really looks interesting, so I'm going to make sure I see it this time.

I have seen so many pictures of Wishes from the Poly Beach and knew I had to see them from there when I got the chance. :goodvibes

You have a full day planned at AK. :thumbsup2

I've never done Flights of Wonder either...I'm not sure I want birds flying over my head.

Love Flame Tree Barbecue for lunch.

I am really hoping to get Mark to do Kali River Rapids with me this trip.

I love your plans to go to the Poly for Wishes. I should think of doing that. ;)

Flame Tree is quite yummy for sure!

With as much as rain as you may get this trip I'm sure a little more water shouldn't bother Mark! :lmao:

Glad I could help with an idea for your trip ;) lol.

I like Finding Nemo, though not as much as FOTLK. It's Ron's favorite though.

As for Wishes on the Poly beach, well, that is one of my FAVORITE things to do in all of WDW so I hope you get to do it and you love it as much as I do. In fact, I'm hoping we're going to make this a "last evening in Disney" tradition from now on.

I don't expect to love Nemo as much as FOTLK, but I definitely want to see it.

I remember your pictures from the Poly Beach of Wishes. I really do think I will do it, as long as the weather cooperates at least.

Hey!! We *should* be in AK that day!! We have a Tusker House ADR - however we do have MNSSHP the night before.... We will see :). We should at least be there in the afternoon :) or I might be at Tusker by myself!
