Sorry about DD's game

Our season ended yesterday too. Mike got his first injury...a bloody swollen black eye. Had to leave the field cuz of the blood.
They patched it up and sent him back out but it was bleeding thru.
Mike is in the running for most points in his division

Brandie, that was a riot !! I laughed so much it hurt and I mean hurt...my throat hurts today and I have no voice.

So I guess you guys won't have to listen to me today

Oh I almost forgot. I heard from Teri yesterday. Her Dad is still the same but she did go back to work.

Sorry you're not feeling well, Deb - I woke up this morning with a major sore throat and my nose was leaking all over the place.
Meanwhile, the apartment upstairs is being worked on (sounds more like it's being worked OVER) so there's banging and crashing over my head. There goes my idea of resting for the day.

I'm feeling fine. Just got home from seeing The Santa Clause 2 (very good, BTW).
Have to do the schedule (for work) this week-end. SInce this is the holiday schedule (shudder), I imagine I will be at it for a good long while.
The good news regarding that is that from now on, I will be paid for doing it, so, don't feel so bad about doing it now.

Speaking of weather, it has rained here every day this week, not to mention the hail storm that pounded our two cars, and left major damage. All this while we are out and about, looking for jobs. It seems we are getting closer, but nothing definite yet.

SSB has had WAY busy day with the kiddos... early AM soccer, Halloween party, Mall... lunch, now a ton of extra kids sleeping over... haha! EEK!!!!

Hi SSB, this is Milo this time. Good to hear from you my friend.

Very busy day around here today. Had to take Mrs. Milo out shopping. Whew!!!

Been busy looking for a job here. It's more work looking than it is having.

Going back to Michigan in two weeks to pick up my mom so she can spend the winter here. Then, less than four weeks after that, WDW here we come.

Looking forward to seeing as many of you as I can while down there.

ouch!! my throat hurts too much to laugh anyway the only thing i took 2 fisted lately is nyquil I slept last night for 15 hours

I left a message on my sisters answering machine yesterday....when I asked why she didn't return my call ....

Is it possible for you to have transmitted it to me over the computer ??? I was FINE yesterday, this morning I wake up with a scratchy throat, went off to DD's tournament early, enoyed the beautiful morning, they wone one and tied one in the morning. After lunch it all went down hill....they lost their third game and hence went no further in the tournament because of the "points" system used. I got a whopper of a headache by the end of that last game ....which feels a little better after a couple of advil but I have that achey body/scratchy throat feeling. Well, I had my flu shot Thursday, so I guess I can count on this not being the flu, and not being a reaction to the flu shot since they said any reaction would be within 24-48 hours. So I guess I have another cold coming on
Gotta take DD out for a bite of supper, then we go to Manchester to pick up DH at the airport, his flight's due in around 8:40.

MS...there will be no sympathy from me about the 80's temperature...but I'd gladly send some of the cooler air down that way if I could!!

LOL Ann - I am not looking for sympathy, just relief from this hot weather! I hate it, it is almost Novemeber and my air conditioning is still on. Ughhhh - looks like a warm winter here this year.
