You are right assuming that they look alike because they are both wearing blue shirts. Other then that I see no resemblance at all. Sorry!

I think it's obvious why we laughed. Apparently Chicken Dance Elmo was "Kidknapped" and this was the ransom photo. (This photo was taken at AS Movies back in 2003).
