The New Nemo show?

I was there for a soft opening last week. Unfortunately, the show broke down after about three minutes. We waited another 10 for it to get fixed then bolted. Anyone else there? I must say it looked awfully stupid.

Like I said, I was at the stage show. It went on for about 3 to 5 minutes then some technical problems occurred and they closed the curtains. We waited for about ten to fifteen minutes than took off.

The show appears to be people in skin tight uniformas talking while holding up puppets although we only saw the Nemo and Marlin performers. It looked very silly, but again, in all fairness, we only saw a few minutes. Silly is probably a better word than stupid but I think they both apply from what I saw.

Looking forward to this next March. Skin-tight costumes are a good feature, depending, of course, on who's wearing them.

I thought the show was very good. You should have stayed.

i really enjoyed the show. parts of it were really funny. the performers are a bit distracting though (because they're holding the puppets, not because of the skin-tight suits....) , but that was the only fault i could find with it. i recommend it.

My family has reservations for the showing on December 1st and I can't wait to see it.

Reservations - Do you have to have an AP to see the show.
We will be there Dec 1-10 and DD is a big Nemo fan but we have no AP.

I think there are reservations on the December 1st one because it is the first actual showing, not to sure though.

Was this last Tuesday (the 14th)? We were there that day, and there was also a delay of about 5 minutes... I think it was right after the part where Dory keeps forgetting she's trying to help Marlin find the boat. We enjoyed the show, too.

I can see the silliness. If I only saw the show beginning and that's it - yes, that would be silly.

Same if you went to the Lion King show and all they did was the "warthogs" and "lions" bit with the audience - then stalled. I'd be scratching my head.

I can promise that it is a show that you will at least appreciate the effort, even if you don't like the show. It really is an example of Disney going all out.

The show I saw had some minor technincal difficulties but didn't stop. The plan must be for 5 years or more of 3 shows/day - so I can see why they are taking their time to get it right, especially the mechanics (the props/set are elaborate).

At this point the early show is AP only, but the later shows are open admin. - no reservation needed, just go get in line. Don't let a long line scare you - the theatre is huge.

The Nemo show is really good. I think the puppeteers are amazing, plus the songs are all catchy.

I don't know, if all I say of the Lion King show was that, I would probably understand where they were going. The men in bright orange skintight outfits holiding puppets seemed awfully odd.

I didn't think the outfits took away from the show. Actually, I think they added to the show.
