Nope, sorry. But remember someone else did....took the heat off me.

But perhaps it's not new since you were there last. It was new for me and I hadn't heard about it. There are many more tables now in the half of the lounge closest to the elevator. The couches from that section were moved to the alcove by the doors.

SLDL...Thanks - I heard something about that going on at the CR. That's pretty cool. We won't be down to Orlando til LATE Saturday nt so I don't think it will be an issue for us. We are staying at Sheraton Safari that Sat night 6/30. Anybody ever stayed there?? I got it free w/SPG pts, so since it's a late arrival, we just need to sleep, but I am interested if anybody has been?

Castlelight, the GF DOES have a laundry service. There are bags and price lists in the closet. There is also a little laundry room in the main building on the 2nd floor in the honeymoon room hallway. I don't get how people manage to do their laundry while on vacation....we have fun til we drop. I couldn't do it. I have had the GF do a few items here and there....kind of funny when my son's tee shirts come back all pressed and hanging perfectly like they were a dry cleaned suit.

Thanks for the comment on my screen name. When I joined the Dis in 2005, we were planning DS's first trip (who was 2) and he always called Cinderella -"Cinderumbrella" Sigh- they grow up so fast!!!!!!!!

They started rehabbing the Honeymoon Suites in RPC this week! SL is going to be started at the end of July/Beginning of August supposedly. I didn't want to be all nosy so I didn't ask about the other buildings since she didn't mention them.

OK - princessesrule4 Forgive me for quoting you so long after the fact (06-07-07), but is this information correct? Did you see work being done? I am reading such mixed reviews of the rehab down at the GF. If the Honeymoon rooms are done, then I want one!! There is a room avail. during my dates in mid-august for a Deluxe Club level room King bed. I can get it at the passholder rate. Is this one of the Honeymoon rooms?? And can I assume the room will def. be a "new" one by then? I thought I'd read the Main Bldg. was going to be done last. Confusion, confusion. Maybe I need to just book it and then email IPO...

Calls go to a call center and not necessarily the resort. My guess is that you'd be connected to general guest services for any questions you might have. Is there something specific you're looking for, perhaps we can help direct you to the right place.

Mainly I wanted to see if I could get some help with ADR's. We were supposed to be at AKL and my ADR's are for over in that direction. Nice early times (traveling with little ones) and for 10 people. Now that we are at GF (due to construction at AKL) the Boma and Jiko ADR's will be a bit of a pain. So, I would like to see if I can get somewhere closer to GF. But, when I call, there are no early reservations. So, I wanted to see if a concierge might be able to help with that.

Reminder***Don't forget to drink lots of water. That heat made me sick one day on my trip a couple of weeks ago.

I am such a Disneyaholic that I just booked for Labor Day weekend at the Beachclub with the new rates that just came out. I already have free airfare with my Southwest credits. I had enough credit for both this trip and my December trip. "Thanks for cheap rates Southwest"
