There was an article in the Orlando Sentinel announcing the DVC. It is the Kingdom Towers. Link to the article is in the 1st post, and the link to the DVC thread on it. It is to open Fall 2009.

i know i know....i read it (a while ago). My point was that nothing has come out from disney which is really annoying me for some reason...

Well the talk about DVC being added to the Contemporary has been going on for a few years, so I would say it's a matter of time before they officially announce it.

Has anyone on here actually gotton the chocolate monorail delivered to their room? I was thinking of doing this for my son instead of a birthday cake. Also when it said up to 2 weeks prior does that mean it has to be 2 weeks in advance or you cant order it until it is 2 weeks or less before your trip. Just one last questions does anyone have the private dining number so I can call them? Thanks so much for your help!!!

ok...all you CR experts....I have a code...can get a tower mk View..is it evrything people say it is...it would just be for 2 nights in Sept....? i know..I have publicly stated I did not "care" for the exterior of this resort....however....the rooms look very luxorious..spacious...oh and that balcony with the view....

I personally think the Magic Kingdom view is the best possible view you can get in all of WDW, so you should at least try once. Who knows maybe you will have such a great time staying there you will want to stay there again in the future.

The monorail is hollow inside, and the plate fit in the refrigerator in the room. Don't order until 2 weeks prior per Private Dining as they may lose the order. You can place the order until 48 hrs before you need it. The number to call is 407-824-1000 and ask to be connected to Private Dining.

I have read so many posts...esp from CR Resort Fan 4 life...and this thread is great....And like he said....who knows if i would get this opportunity again for this rate...its 40% off!

The 40% off factor is another reason to stay there with the Magic Kingdom view, because it's great knowing the money you save when you compare it to the room only cost without any discounts.
