the new discounts - is this as good as it gets or will there be more?

I'm trying to decipher the discounts that just came out and if an AP discount is any better than the general discount...these seem so much lower than in past years? Will there be another release or this as good as it gets? I'm looking for February and have an annual pass person in my party but am not sure that those rates seem any better? Am I mistaken and not looking at it correctly?

Not sure if anyone really can give an exact answer. September had 20% off rooms and free dining at different points of last year. I think it depends on the ability to fill the resorts.
