I purchased a subscription to CM for my boss as a Christmas present. My CMC placed the order online for me, and when she was done submitting it, it said I would get confirmation within 24 hours. Well, a week later, I still hadn't received a confirmation, so I checked my credit card bill online to see if I had been charged. I hadn't. So my CMC called to check on it and was told that they didn't do the subscription because my boss was already subscribed!!! I don't know why they didn't just extend her subscription by another year. So I ended up getting her a gift certificate to her favorite LSS. If I was you, I'd call and check on the subscription and make sure that it was actually processed. I know this isn't the same situation, but I was really surprised that they never let me know that they weren't going to process the subscription.
